We were booked on the Inagural sailing for the Jubilee which got cancelled & Carnival is claiming that they sent a 2nd letter stating that they will only give a $100 obc for up to 2 passangers after the original cancellation letter states a $100 obc per person. We did get the 25% FCC but only $200 obc for 4 people in a suite. Even the TA is confused about this bec they say that they were only sent 1 cancellation letter from Carnival as well. Anyone else have this issue?
