We just got a refund each of 208 bucks

no idea what  for as it doesn’t line up with anything we have paid previously 

( eg.  Prepaid tips or taxes  etc) 

mer already have our pre paid dining and shorex back ..

i have nothing in my booking for that weird amount?

just want back the ten grand we are waiting on

....it better not be only 416 dollars 

( our 10000 is for 2 people ,14 day cruise, in a Haven spa suite)

the second to tell how much fcc they have put into your account( one for each passenger) 

With information as to the date you can apply for a refund if you choose that scenario

refund takes 90 days if you the money

Having had to cancel everything else or had it cancelled for me( airline) and our country has basically forbidden air travel till end of June.

Ncl owes me 10 grand which I want back in cold hard cash back to my credit card

... they took it by a click on the screen

they can do the same in return

hsving to beg for it back is just bad business 

fcc is no good to me now with all of the shut downs. In business and subsequent living off our savings

they just keep pushing it a few days. And then a few more.  Grrrrrr

Just cancel all cruises Ncl up to at least August

otherwise the world will be much sicker than it is now

31 days in May. 

So the 15th to me is pretty well mid May

so I also agree with vinotinto that it should be cancelled cruises on the sheet

we have cancelled everything ...but the cruise ...as we’re waiting in hope that Ncl cancelled it before the need for us to do fcc

but they decided to cancel the boat that takes us because the seas were too rough.  and they were..

It used to be so easy to find the members list to look up old friends to see where they are cruising.  cant find anything now

and no way we want to go back!

in April it took us 3 hrs to get from the plane to having our passports stamped..

this was in San Fran.coming from Australia  and then again in JFK coming from Amsterdam

and the time included the machine that scans your passport

but why bother using that machine ?? it doesnt speed up any of the process....

if you still have to “ see the guy behind the glass “ at the end of the snake queue

We had already booked and paid for the Holiday Inn because it has a “walkable” gate area that opens on cruise days.

We are hiring a car from Heathrow 2 days prior to the cruise and driving down and staying 2 nts but the car hire place wants the exact port to give their drop off point on the website.  

That was my main reason for trying to get the exact port

I was hoping it would be 101.  the City Cruise Terminal because we can take it to their depot first then return to hotel.  grab our luggage and walk to the Ship area

so will put that on our booking 

lets hope its the right one !!.   

cruise is 15 May 2020

looked up that but only it went up to dec 2019

Looking at "Cruise Ship Schedule" for 2019, those are the 2 docks still being used for NCL and other non-Carnival owned ships. The last one mentioned for this year is NCL Encore on Nov 2nd, which is City.

I think the port prefers ships to be at City, but there's more and more ships docking each year, so 38/39 is used at busy times- or so it seems to me. 🙂

If you are committed past the point of no return (beyond final payment & cancellation) - go see it, exercise common sense, and, this is one of those times, where I would look into using cruiseline tours & take their chartered buses or motorcoaches to sightsee and get around.  It will be "safer" and definitely more convenient. 

No good for those that might have to fly into Hong Kong this week to start a cruise( or fly out)

Australia has cancelled all flights to HK from today so too bad if you were planning on arriving there this week to start your cruise

The ships will still depart....  you just can’t get there to board it!

We've had a super roll call. @PCWalton1, Bill, will also be going live so you'll get quite a different perspective on things. I've one excursion booked with RCL, organised a group myself for one port of call, and joining other independent groups elsewhere.

 

I've pretty much got my head around the new CC site. I think.
