When we went to apply my FCD, I was informed that I was only going to get $50 instead of $100 for a 10 day cruise. $150 for 17 days? That pretty much takes the incentive out of buying FCD's. When does your passport expire? If it expires within 6 months from the end of your cruise, you will need to renew it before sailing and thus the booking info is rejected until corrected.

I can beat that - RDD. Redding, Ca. has 1 gate serving United and Alaska with a ground crew (United) that services both airlines. They each have flights between 7am and 7:30am.
