I’m watching a cruise vlog of a young gentleman on the Indy who booked an inside and went to guest services on embarkation day and asked if there were any upgrades available—he got a inside promenade for 50$. Is this a thing?!?

Hello CC! I am headed to Cozumel with my 11 year old end of October and this is a bucket item list! Has anyone done this excursion before? It is expensive and I would hate to not get to release any turtles because we are potentionally going 1. late in the season and 2. early in the morning Thank you!
