Have done it many times. I always sign up for the first walkoff group carrying my own luggage. This group is typically off by 7:30.  FLL is only a couple of miles from the airport. I can usually see the ship from my gate windows. Grab a cab or Uber/Lyft. Usually at the gate by 8:00 to 8.30. 

 

Also have a backup plan in case the ship and/or disembarkation is delayed etc.

    I was looking at the 10 day sailing in March 2021... I was trying to look into an inside room on deck 7 or another deck in between other cabins.... but  the only decks available are 8--4--- or 10..... I have check different travel sites.... does this mean there is no inside cabins available on any other decks or will they be released later... Would they only be available booking through Holland?

  Hi there we are new to Holland and just wondering about booking a cabin on deck 8.at the aft... just wondering if anyone who has had a cabin there if it was very noisy  being under the buffet?   or if anyone could suggest the best location on this deck? thk u

Hi everyone... we are doing our first holland cruise on the nieum amsterdam.... we have only cruised Celebrity so far... we booked an inside cabin this time... category M 7133... just wondering if anyone would have stayed in this cabin..and was it really small.... thks for any help this thread is very informative!!!   :)

  Hi there just wondering if there is late disembarkment available on Holland ? Not sure how to fill our time in between the two cruises... both are in port everglades... thk you for any tips..

We are thinking of doing a beach for the day just wondering if there is a lot of locals that use the beaches on their Sunday which will make them very busy.... We are the only ship in that day.... ...also is there any tours available at the port that you would reccomend.. thx you in advance....

I find this thread very helpful just booked our very first Princess cruise ... we are looking forward to a change... we only have sailed on Celebrity ( which we liked) but just wanting a change.... this will be our 6 th cruise and we are empty nesters so we are not interested in water slides and things... :) thx u for all the info....
