My renewal was sent on July 7 and is on its way. Of course if you need it right away it would never have that quick a turnaround! I bit the bullet because I didn't want to stress even though it wasn't due until 2015.

I also use a lightweight binder with sheet protectors and index tabs. As I am ready to go on cruise I also have a three hole pencil pouch that I put my highlighter, pens, a couple of paper clips, post-it notes, etc. in.

Without a doubt one of our favorite tours. I think the test is "would you use Rudy again?" The answer would be a swift YES ... Rudy is very customer oriented and is ready to go the extra mile. Can't say enough about his responses to email queries, etc. One of the best!!!

I had an emergency trip to Walmart to purchase something ... don't remember what now. The crew was waiting for the shuttle and when it came it was every man for himself. Good luck ... I was really turned off by the pushing and shoving of the crew and their attitudes on the shuttle.
