Today I received a random $128 credit that does not add up to anything I purchased. Canceled March 12. Still waiting on close to $1000

I canceled on March 12 for a March 20 cruise and so far nothing. I have called 3 times and they just keep saying that is it taking longer than it should. They told me yesterday to wait another 30 days!! This is just for drinks internet and shore excursions. 

I am booked through royal Caribbean and it is much more expensive to book with them then it is to book on my own with blue lagoon. Would they refuse us knowing we booked through them instead of royal.

We leave on the escape on March 17 as it is is our kids spring break in Idaho. Last year same time we were on carnival breeze and it was PACKED with kids and drunk adults that never left the pool. I assume this year will be the same. We are new to ncl though.

I have been very worried about this but the more I read the more comfortable I get. We will be with a tour company during the day time. We are going to a resort and will be back on the shift before dark. I think we will be okay. We are from small town Idaho and we are just going to be smart and aware of our surroundings.

We are in cabin 9900 in March :) we cannot wait!

We were in Montigo Bay last year and loved it. We did an AI near the port. We were really looking forward to going to another AI as we loved Jamaica. I hope in a months time some of this has worked itself out. We would be sad if we had to stay on the boat.

We loved Sunscape! Booked through resort for day. It went smooth and was very fun.

We did Sunscape splash and loved it! It was closet to the port, clean, and the food was good. My husband and daughter spent hours snorkeling there. Not great stuff to see my still fun. We dream of spending a week there.

We are also going here in March. We have been to Sunscape splash last year and LOVED it. We are hoping Jewel is just As good

I am wondering if there are still coffee pots. We will be in a balcony on the escape in March and hope they have one.

Sunscape is wonderful. Water park was fun with 2 slides and a lazy river. Beach was good and food was not bad.

We LOVED sunscape splash. We went in march. Booked through resort for a day. The lazy river and water slide were fantastic. The beach was great. It was hard to get drinks but was not an issue for us. Food was good served Buffett style. Snack bar was a bit lacking. My kids ask to go back to Sunscape daily. We loved MoBay.

We went in Cayman. The company we went with was amazing. It was one family and me and my son. It was like a personal tour. The guide was wonderful but the water was cold and at my shoulders. You had to take the boat ladder out into the ocean. This was in march and the waves would splash over your head. He then took us to a reef to snorkel and for lunch at rum point. It was the best tour ever. Very personal.

I have taken the amtrack and loved it. Don't be in a hurry though it does take forever to get from point a to point b. On my way home it took over 6 hours to get to Vancouver to Seattle.
