I am trying my best to research instead of posting but there are some things I can't find. I was hoping for some help.

First, have there been any updated menus for the main dining room? It seems like the "newest" ones I can find are from 2009. We are going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and since we just booked yesterday I am scrambling to find certain things.

Also, I am considering buying the Ultimate Dining package. From what I understand I can book the reservations online ahead of time. The problem is I was thinking of buying it for my husband and myself and just paying at the time for my kids. They are 10 & 12 and more than likely will order off the specialty menus instead of the kids menus. From my research it seems like they should be charged half price at each place (although there were quite a few difference of opinions on that based on my research). So my question is, can I book a table for 4 with only 2 dining packages?

Any other advice that I may need to know going from cruising on Carnival to Norwegian that you think would be helpful would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. I am NOT a morning person, so I hope it is not to loud. We all (including my 2 kids) LOVE to sleep in. But as long as it is not super loud, we'll be fine.

cantw82cruise- We are going to Costa Rica, Belize, and Panama. I am SUPER excited about these ports.
