This Saturday I’ll be sailing on the Rotterdam. I have also the Navigator app, and see the daily planner, but when there is a activity I want to add to My Itinery I got a error. Is this because I am not on board? I have already reinstalled the app, but nothing changed. 
I have a iPhone SE 2nd generation. 

Will be a beer tasting included in the drink package?

Hi all!

In 2,5 weeks I’ll be sailing on the Rotterdam to Norway. It will be my first cruise on HAL. I have done some other cruises already with NCL, Aida and MSC. 

I have some questions regarding HAL policies. 

- Do you really need to print out your boarding pass, or is it okey to show them from your mobile phone? It saves some paper in my opinion. 

- I’ll be sailing out of Rotterdam, The Netherlands; are there luggage tags available at the pier? 

- I have the HIA package, I understand the drinking packages includes drinks up until $11, with a maximum of 15 drinks per day. What drinks are NOT included? Are milkshakes, coffees included?

- Just to make sure, the internet package on board has not limits like MB’s or minutes? 

- Are the dailies and menus on request available in Dutch? I am traveling with someone who only speaks and reads Dutch. 

- I know a lot of people with more life experience will travel with HAL, can I still expect other cruisers with children? 

- Is it correct there are some saunas for free on the Rotterdam without purchases a thermal suite package?

I am sailing on the Rotterdam this September. I know, HAL is booked by a lot of older people. I’ll guess there will be no ‘club setting’ in the late evenings? Or is the BB the place to be? I am 32 so I am wondering what kind of entertainment is the best for me during my trip. 

I am sailing on the Rotterdam this September to the Norway Fjords. On every ship I went, I bought a ship model. Does the HAL Rotterdam has also ship models for sale? Does anyone knows the price, and is there a discount on the last sea day?

I am sailing solo this September on the Rotterdam. I have paid 200%, for a Inside cabin. 
The special solo travellers cabin were more expensive. Maby because it has a small window?

I hope they will organize a BTS tour on my HAL Rotterdam cruise next September, after COVID. I will find it always interesting how they run a ship like this. 

Dear all!

This September I’ll be sailing on the HAL Rotterdam from Rotterdam to the Norway Fjords. During this trip I would like to do some fishing in ports, like Alesund, Bergen and Geirangerfjord. Am I able to bring my own fishing gear aboard and do I need a permit in Norway to fish?

Im also new to HAL. 

When I have booked a cruise, and there will be a price drop before final payment, are there any charges for changing the booking? I have called HAL and they told me that I have one free change to my booking. Is this correct?

Dear cruisers!

In 2 weeks I’ll be sailing again with NCL. I have sailed with NCL before COVID, but also once ‘after’ COVID 2 years ago. I remember last time NCL send me my luggage tags to my home address. Im not sure if this was new to NCL since COVID. Can I expect them again right now, or just print them by myself as before. I have done my online check in 100% already.  Thank you in advance!

Is booking a next cruise on the ship itself cheaper than booking on land? Or are there any other benefits to book on board?

I am wondering if NCL organize some silent disco? I am on the Getaway in September sailing out of Lisbon, and it would be fun if they have some silent disco during the evening. Or has someone some recent dailies from the Getaway?

I have also a coupon with 10% FCC, and one coupon with a normal 10% discount. Would both coupons be valid for just one booking?

I am sure it would slow stuff down if many turned up without edocs because they need to check the manifest, but I wouldn't stress over it.

Thank you! It will be fine. It is 2021 at the moment, so they figure it out. 

I forgot to print my edocs. I know, very stupid. I found it out today, 2 days before my Epic cruise will sail from Barcelona. I just contact NCL, I hope I can print them out tonight. I am a bit stressed now!!

Freestyle dailies are on the Epic also only on request on paper at front desk?
