Hello fellow cruisers. Personally I cannot see P&O making any further announcements for the next few weeks.It's not just our country they have to consider. Take a look at Spain Italy France etc. They are not going to encourage any cruise anytime soon. 

Good morning all. Just heard that Saga cruises are commencing may. All passengers must have had the vaccine which makes sense. Wonder will we still have to wear masks and social distancing etc.

Hubby and I had our covid vaccines yesterday. Very well organised and we have had no side effects.

We live in Caerphilly South wales . Has anyone in this area heard of anyone having received the new vaccine.Also what are your views on PO restarting cruises now that there is another lockdown in place?

Happy 2021 everyone. We have 2 cruises booked. One for June and one for next Christmas and New Year. Don.t hold much hope for June but am optimistic for december. Looking at the prices they have increased substantially which is to be expected as the ships will not be sailing at full capacity for the foreseeable future.

A very Merry Christmas to all of cruise critic members and their families. Let's hope that next year will be better.

Hello fellow cruisers. Just received 3 letters from P&O! One informing us of oxygen etc  not allowed for our June and December cruuses. The 3rd letter stating the restrictions for next December cruising! Do they know something we do not!

Do you think passengers using mobility scooters wheelchairs etc will be allowed to board especially if elderly.

After reading the latest information from P&O does anybody really think there will be any rush to book a cruise for the first 6 months of 2021? We love our cruises and are lucky to enjoy 2 a year including Christmas and New Year but even we are now hesitant. Would love to hear how many brave cruisers have booked from April onwards.

Just read the P&O festive message online. Not much information about 2021 cruises. Presume they are biding their time for the next month or two but will have to let passengers know something who are cruising in april.

Brilliant news with the vaccine rollout. Are any cruisers optimistic about cruises for the med for June 2021 onwards without restrictive measures or is that just me being hopeful?

Had my calender this morning. I also noticed the.lack of ship photographs.Are they trying to tell us something?

Hi cruisers. Just had news that my daughter in law has been contacted to have her covid vaccination next week. She is a carer so is priority. Hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel depending on your views.

Thank you for all of your comments. Very interesting reading! We still cannot make our minds up whether to have the vaccine.

In reply to post regarding whether P.O. will want all passengers vaccinated. I think they will require proof of vaccination otherwise no point if some passengers are not protected and could take the virus onboard.

Hi fellow cruises. Just wondering whether the new vaccine will change people's mindset on 2021 cruises. Myself and other half are still in two minds whether to have it. Hubby 81 and I am 75 so he will be nearer the top of the list! Have any of you any thoughts?

Good morning fellow cruisers. At last there is hopefully light at the end of the tunnel! What are the thoughts of all you cruusers? Myself and other half being over 75 are quite optimistic but not sure about next June cruise to Med due to their covid  nunbers.

Hi fellow cruisers. It looks as if the cruise lines will be cutting back on the number of passengers on each ship to allow for social distancing. Just wondering if any of you have any ideas now this will be done. I have got a cruise booked for next June on Ventura in an accessible storeroom and we are both over 75 with health issues. It will be interesting to see if they cut out the elderly and disabled first. Would love to hear your views.

Large green bags for garden waste weekly

Downside we are in 17 day firebreak!

Hi fellow cruises. With the current situation is there anyone out there really believe P.O. will resume cruises in april. It's not just the situation here in the UK but other countries especially the med.

Hi there it's me again! Still no announcement from P&O regarding November Caribbean cruises! So glad we cancelled our cruise a few days ago. Much prefer the money to be in my bank account than in P&Os!

Hello everyone. Further to my previous posts regarding whether to cancel cruise or pay full balance by August 8th. I thought I would let you know I have finally made my decision! Cancelled a few hours ago. Very nice lady offered me the chance of transferring our £100 deposit to a future cruise which we declined. I think next year is still dodgy. Thanks to all who responded to my post very much appreciated.
