I'm surprised no one is using an app. I use pack the bag app. It's pretty neat as you can have different "bags" for different vacations and can duplicate the bag so you don't have to start from scratch for each one.

I have 3 times. Dress is formal on formal night and very smart on casual nights. Every time, we had a different menu that said captains table and the table was over seen by the maitre d. Very interesting table mates, every time. Twice we had cocktails in the captain's quarters prior to dinner. How did we get invited? The first time we were talking to the captain and he invited us. The other two times, no clue.

I went to the MLife desk at the MGM today and a great gal named Rachel hooked us up and gave us our Platinum cards. I didn't have my C&A card but I did have the email on my phone and she accepted that. She said they are getting lots of C&A members in. She also said that she noted on the accounts that we are Platinum through C&A as their system only reflects the appropriate point status with them, which or us is only the first level Sapphire.

I was on what was supposed to be a week-long cruise from New Orleans that didn't go anywhere, because an accident down-river had the river closed to ship traffic. But I don't think of that cruise as a disaster, because, much like with the OP, Royal Caribbean went out of their way to make things right.

Were you on the Granduer? We were on the Rhapsody which was supposed to go into NO for Mardi Gras but could not get in.
