I have recently used the Cruise with Confidence scheme to cancel our transatlantic cruise.

The FCC and the refund of the rest has already been done but we have lost virtually all of our On Board spend. I have contacted our Elite agent but he is adamant that this is correct.

I can’t find any reference in the scheme to OBS but maybe I’m missing them.

I would be grateful to learn if this happened to anyone else?

They confirmed what I expected but you can but live in hope.

We have got a cruise booked in July 22 using our credit from a cancelled cruise.

We understand that we are still able to cancel cruises without cost but is it possible to cancel the July cruise and transfer the credit to a cruise already booked in 2023?

Can anyone confirm that FCDs can still be purchased on board the Princess ships, please? 

We have just completed a cruise on the Coral Princess and found that there are no 2nd, comfortable (tub chairs) chairs in the cabins. No one seemed to know why they had been removed.

All the current literature and plans of the cabins show them but.....

Has anyone found a reason for their removal - the obvious is to make the cabin uncomfortable so that you spend more time in a 'spending' environment.

More importantly how do we get them back

We are leaving the Diamond Princess in Yokohama and making our own way, by rail, to Kyoto.

I've seen a reference to a complimentary shuttle bus from the Osanbashi passenger terminal to Sakuragicho railway station.

Does anyone know if it Is still running?
