How do you look into booking things like that?
My travel agent says documents will be ready 2-3 weeks before departure.
I have my booking number and can order drinks packages and excursions. Is there a way to see on board itinaries etc?
This is my first cruise, still learning. haha
We booked the dinner theater online, it was in the activities section.
The dinner theater starts at 630, I think. If the club wasn't open, what would my options be? Ds will only be 9, so not old enough to be alone, especially on the first night

My mom and I have reservations for the Mystery Dinner Theater on the first nigh of our December cruise on the Liberty. Will the kid's club be open?

do you have to request the credit, or is it automatic? We booked the character breakfast, and it says children are free, but I was charged for 2 adults. We sail in December

Torrid has sundresses on clearance. I got 2 yesterday for our upcoming December cruise (my first!), and got compliments on the one I wore to church today. I like long skirts, these both had the hi/low hems. In store, the clearance was BOGO 50% off, but the website is buy 2, get one free :)

GirlGoneTexan - thank you for your detailed review. My husband and I just got married and are going on LOS leaving December 4th as our honeymoon. I agree with you about not letting kids run up and down the hallways. I have the same feeling about parents letting their kids play/run at the pool and not watching over them. We were on LOS over Christmas 2015 and a little boy drown. Another guest saw him laying on the bottom of the kids pool and dove in to get him, but it was too late. It was awful.
I'll be on that sailing, with my mom and my son... It's a first cruise for all of us, but I promise he wont be running crazy down the halls.... at least not after the first day :P

I booked through a travel website, and got the OBC from royal, an additional from the website, and then cash back from booking on the website via eBates

First, can I change my dining time online, or get added to a wait list? I signed up for the late seating, but I'm thinking I'd like to do the my time dining.... I'm also interested in the family time dining.
Second, how/where do I request that the beds be split? I'm travelling with my mom and my son, and as much as I love my mom, I don't want to sleep with her for a week, lol

A 9 year old in Grand Cayman? He will NEVER forget swimming with the sting rays. My 2 kids still talk about it years later.
There will be ship excursions but this is one that can be done easily on a private tour.
We used these guys https://www.captainmarvins.com/ and had no problems and a great time.
thanks for the link! looks cheaper, and much better descriptions, than through Royal

It's done!
Welcome to Cruise Critic. You've picked a excellent ship for your first cruise. You will be spoiled.:)
That's good to know... We're in San Antonio, so wanted something fairly close to home for the first time.
Welcome! I hope your first cruise is amazing. Which itinerary are you doing?Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth

About to put the deposit down on my very first cruise!!! It's scary, mostly because it's a lot of money! I'll be taking my mom, and my (then) 9 year old son, on the Liberty on December 4....
I'm excited, but nervous. I'm 33, and I've never been on a "real" vacation!
Liberty Mystery Dinner Theater

How is it for kids? I booked my mom and I tickets, but it's seeming like the kids club wont be open during that time on the first night... My son will be 9, think he'd like it?
