Dinner was good. I had it all typed up and my text disappeared so let me try again. Both my mains were good. Portions were a little more reasonable without leaving me unsatisfied. If I had one complaint it would be I need more spice. Mexican food should be spicy. The first time I got the pepper it was so hot and I loved it. It had a little bite to it that I enjoyed. The dessert was not great. In fairness I'm not a big fan of creme Brule type dishes but this was very watery. Overall a great dinner.

I've enjoyed it too. Maybe we will end up sailing together someday. You can get fancied up in Carnival 😀 You may get mistaken for the maitre d though.

I bet. I didn't spend much time outside in Alaska except when in port. Today's not an outside day either, with the wind it is quite chilly in Bermuda.

I live in Florida, it doesn't get cold 😆. No jacket in Alaska last year except the day I did the glacier excursion. I do wear long pants at work, but that is back to dress code versus what I would choose to wear.

My heritage is Scottish but I certainly couldn't pull off a kilt. Maybe a tshirt tuxedo?

Yes but I had no help remembering to check the salt and pepper and I have no idea if the pasta I ate was correctly labeled. I was so naive then. It would take a cloak of invisibility to make me look fantastic 😆 I know my mom would love a picture though.

The thought of wearing a tux sounds terrible but it looks like I might have no choice 😅. I'll be sure to pop in if/when I make it on Cunard again.

That's the beauty of a live vs. post cruise review, the interaction and banter 😀. I really appreciate the comments and questions makes me feel like someone is interested. I did a live last year on Royal that lasted about a month and only generated 20 pages of content. Felt like I was just talking to myself most the time 🤣
