I am Diamond Plus and once and only once did I leverage my status on a Spring Break Cruise on The Explorer. While waiting to board in Cozumel with a few hundred extremely drunk and rowdy college students I made the decision to go to the front of the line, flash my card and beg for mercy. The staff was gracious and apologetic. I don't think they were having much fun either...

We use the same type of gift certificate for all of our cruises. The cruise must be booked directly with RCCL then gift cards are sent to SharedServicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com so they can be applied to the reservation.

Giovanni's has tables outside in Central Park which we LOVED. We ate there the first night of our Allure cruise and it was honestly a wonderful experience all the way around.

My husband goes through a gallon of water a day. We usually carry on about 3 gallons (and I throw 4-5 bottles in my carry-on)

. Never had an issue. We restock in port and have never had an issue bringing water on board that way, either.
