Went to book 2 excursions yesterday and paid with my American Express card. Halfway through the transaction, MSC website said there was a problem with my AMEX card and to use another. Sooo- I used my Visa card. After the dust settled, I checked both cards and to my surprise both had been charged with a charge for the excursions. Called MSC ( big mistake) and after 31 minutes they informed me to call the credit card agencies and fix the problem. There was nothing MSC could do. Not happy.
