Have sailed on Carnival several times and loved it. Sailing on Celebrity in June somethings I noticed I see that Carnival has that Celebrity doesn't have is the deli. We loved getting sandwiches from the deli for lunch. Also the Asian eatery we loved that as well instead of the buffet. Also noticed that Celebrity charges for room service after 11pm until 6am ($5). Celebrity also has what they call Bistro on Five and they charge $10 dollars p/p. Haven't been on Carnival since 2013. Just wondering if all cruises are starting to charge for a lot of things? I know they always charged for specially restaurants but don't remember these other things?

Does Carnival charge a room service fee if you order between the hours of 11pm and 6am? Celebrity charges $5. Also what do they charge for specialty restaurants?

I must have been looking at an old Bistro on Five menu, is the burger and turkey club now off? Also what is the surcharge I seen it posted as $5 dollars, $7 dollars and $10.00 dollars.

Is it just that you can't purchase the two day passes at the Naval Shipyard? Meaning can you pay the ferry or bus price over to St. George or Hamilton and buy the two day passes and use them then to go back and fourth from the shipyard to wherever? Guess what I am asking is if I am already going to either St. George or Hamilton and they still are selling the two day passes would I be able to purchase them and use them for the rest of the two day's to go back and fourth from the shipyard to wherever on the buses and ferry?

I am booked in June in cabin 6037. Anyone ever stay in that cabin or can tell me anything about it? Realize it's towards the front of the ship.

I would also like to ask if any recent Summit Cruisers can answer if they will serve you a Martini (smaller version) and with liquor in the classic package at the Martini Bar? I have heard yes they will and no they won't. I am fine with a smaller version of a martini but still would like to be able to get them. Just saw someone asked about coffee cocktails on the Summit so thought I would ask if anyone just experienced this on the Summit.

The reason I asked this is it has happened to us before on other cruises. As JMG stated it does happen. Never cruising on Celebrity before I didn't know if this was something they also did. As I stated would love to sit with other people but not when I am in the middle of eating and they are just seated or vice versa. When this has happened to us before it was very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your answers. One more question. If I choose select dinning can you get a table just for two people? If they sit you at a table with other people would they make you sit with people who have already started eating or do they sit a group at a table all at the same time. Just think I would be uncomfortable being seated at a table with people who are already eating or having people placed at my table when I am in the middle of eating. Don't mind eating with others if we are all seated together at the same time. Thank you!

First time sailing on Celebrity. Is there any places on the ship that you can get pizza or a sandwich ect. later at night besides room service? On Carnival lines they have a deli/pizza place open till two or three in the morning. Was wondering if Celebrity also does. Sailing on Summit, thank you.

Could someone please give me some info. on the classic drink package. Trying to decide if I should upgrade to premium. I have looked at the the info. that Celebrity list's for there drink packages. What I would like to find out is if the classic package covers frozen drinks or martini's. I realize the drinks can't be over $8.00 dollars. What isn't listed or what I am not sure about is our most martini's and frozen drinks over the eight dollar price??? I saw the liquors that are listed under the classic package and I am fine with them, it's just that I want to be able to have martini's and frozen drinks. I saw different postings that you can get a martini on the classic package but it would be a smaller glass. I also saw people post that most drinks are over the price of eight dollars and that if you order a drink over the allotted amount they charge you full price for that drink even though you have the classic drink package. Is there anywhere that list the up to date prices for the drinks on summit. Thank you!
