When cruising with kids, if they're in the pool - we use the pool side. Cruising without our kids, which we prefer, we lounge awaaayyyy from the pool lol.

Man I wish they had one of those on Sky lol

Several years ago on our NCL cruise we paid $20something/person to dine at Cagney's and you ate whatever/how much you wanted. Aside from like lobster or whatnot. Now I'm seeing on their website that "items on menu are individually priced"? So it's not the flat surcharge anymore?

I've seen several occasions where people seem to have run into issues finding available seating on deck. Being that our main goal is to lounge in the sun with a drink in hand - I'm hoping loungers aren't hard to come by on the Sky?

Considering setting up a Shared Shuttle from MIA to our hotel down town - $27 though - any idea what taxis cost down there?

Two people to a room but would like separate accounts for charges to our individual cards - can they do that? Assuming and hope so.

I know of only one NCL ship where there is a "real" Starbucks. BUT,,, all NCL ships have a specialty coffee shop that will server you a mocha,,, for a fee.

 

I would seriously go to the buffet and pour a hot chocolate packet in a cup, and fill it with regular coffee.

That's what I usually do in a pinch lol - cocoa in coffee - trick is trying to find decaf though.

Do they serve Starbucks on Sky? I love my (almost) daily mocha!

Girls trip on Sky this summer! Excited about their Open Bar :) The current question is... are shots included in that? Obviously not the expensive stuff.. no need for fancy stuff here lol

Imitation crabmeat are inexpensive ... real crabmeat, not too sure ... lots of provisioning changes over the last several years. Don't recall reading/hearing about it - was that in the MDR or in Haven/suite then ?

Several years ago we were on the Epic and they had AHHMAZING crab meat eggs Benedict (I'm sure they had a better name for it lol) but I'm hoping the Sky has it this summer... Anyone had it lately? *Fingers crossed!*

Recommendations on Miami hotels with free shuttles to the cruise port? Will even consider paying for the shuttle if the hotel is amazing. :)

If they have a shuttle from the airport TO the hotel the day before embarkation that'd be fabulous too!

4 day trip on Sky this summer and they don't have their internet packages listed? Anyone know the typical price for unlimited? I plan to call later when I have a quiet moment but thought I'd ask here in the mean time.

I have yet to see a BALCONY cabin with an obstructed view. Ocean view yes, balcony no. On some ships there are a handful of what is often referred to as a 'hull' balcony, on the deck plans they are referred to as priva-sea. All are equally good.
