Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Yes! Already making other plans. And as far as the money, Credit card already did a full charge back. It's about principle at this point.
  2. Still a requirement to board, how hard is it to notify, on legalize "the lest knowledgeable consumer"? I'd I sold someone a 400,000.00 server rack, and then 3 days before install told rhem, BTW... None of his will work without this other part, you should have known that, if you return it, I get to keep half what you paid and get nothing! It's on our website, and it's our policy, I'm just following the commandants orders. I'd be a billionaire!
  3. Not traveling international! It's New York to Miami that's the problem, They could care less about where we stopped.
  4. Totally assumed, since they always call and book me so early with "the usual". Shouldn't be the consumers responsiblity to know every what their rules are, if it's a REQUIREMENT, it shouldn't allow you to check in at all. I can't proceed without an emergency contact because it's a requirement. The software knows that much.
  5. That's my quirk, considering they are charging a 1000.00 fee to cancel. If I had proper notice, thus thread wouldn't exist!
  6. I book directly through NCL casino at seas, have since 2011, they SHOULD know their own product and mention if something deviates from the norm. If I ran my business like that or my life for that matter, I'd be broke because I can't hide behind a website or scripted "it's our policy". Yes, it is what it is, I have this stupid thing called morals and pride, yeah, it was just port fees and taxes for.my free cruise, but it's the principle! Main reason for this post is, hopefully someone else will learn from it! If they treat a loyal patron who literally spends more than he cares to mention in the casino, they'll do it ro Joe schmuck as well! No honor or loyalty anymore, period, end of story.
  7. Actually a ch 53 certified. 😂 153 A. And I do see a reference tho! But they have failsafes and checklists, that is my issue, birth certificate shouldn't even be an option for check in if it's not allowed. It's simple IF THEN ELSE programming. Principle goes much furrher than "I'm just following orders". Or in customer service, a script.
  8. I book less than a month out usually, and it's not an issue, worlds in turmoil, this is a bump in the road! I was a rotary wing aviator and hate flying, not because of aircraft, but the bureaucracy. Covid era policy's have stuck, and they still play that too. Bleh! For those crusing! Enjoy!
  9. My karma usually 100% good! So probably a monsoon coming. Gotta look at the positive! (For me anyways) 😳
  10. It's a fun process, but I like a challenge. But I'm done with the corporate side of NCL. I've always ll loved the crew ships and itineraries. But it's like an unfaithful woman... Only takes one time to get the boot!
  11. Thanks! She really does need to get one! Usually her birrh certificate not an issue. Check in validation should not have allowed "birth certificate" on a requirement of a passport. That's my aggravation.
  12. Probably, but I have two legs 😁 And still a sense of humor too! 😂
  13. I have mine, that's all good. College aged girlfriend does not. Not leaving her behind. Lol
  14. It is what it is! If they would have alerted me sooner, I could have a passport within 5 business days. But a Friday? 71 hours from sailing? Even I can't pull that magic!
