I searched, Nothing on the website says Bridge tours are included with GS cabins, I suspect the booking agent made the suggestion this is first offered to SUITE guests as the tour often sells out? With your skill in the casino $450 should be no problem...I have only ever been offered a t-shirt. Attached is screenshot of GS from Independence of the Seas.

If you cannot find the cabin category, It must be sold out. What other cruise lines have you enjoyed?

Enjoy your trip - This might help answer your questions. The Information is available - I did a quick search, this is what I found. For an Alaska cruise I would go for a cabin with amazing views.
