I am interested in good brewed coffee and am not too interested in specialty coffees....

Was debating on the coffee card or Was thinking about bringing those coffee bags that you use like tea bags and use 2 bags for a cup. If I order hot water does it come hot enough to adequately "brew" the coffee bags or is it more lukewarm?

I could be wrong but when I looked into this I seem to remember you can bring in prescriptions for your own personal use...about 3 months worth I seem to remember, but not positive...but I remember it being more than the 50 doses you mentioned. Can't be a controlled type substance as you mentioned.

Interested in stopping by next week when in Cozumel. Can we just show up and pay the admission fee or do we need to sign up in advance?

They are quite cheaply made and nothing to get excited about. Surely not anything to go to any amount of effort to get after the cruise. I definately would not bother ordering the free charms after you've returned. Wouldn't be worth the postage.

That said, on my daughters first cruise, they had fun going to each port and picking up a charm. At the end of the trip they had a nice "free" memento from each island they had visited and had fun collecting them. I doubt they ever wore them after returning home, but it was fun for them.

To be on the safe side with your cruise, If you are going to the Caribbean or Mexico, send in for a duplicate birth certificate now. That way if your passport doesn't arrive you will have your birth certificate for your cruise.

I was looking at TravelPro today. They have several lines and several different types of material they are made of.

Which material should I look for? How do the zippers hold up?

I was ready to book the Dunns river Falls, but now I am a little concerned after reading the mixed reviews. I will have my 8 and 11 year old with me, they are both fairly active. How difficult will it be for them to climb.

I think you'll be fine with an 8 and 11 year old and they will love it.

When we were there we saw one family with a little girl who looked to be about 4 years old and petite and without water shoes...just regular street type sandals...I thought she seemed a bit small for it and should have had water shoes since the regular street type sandals won't give the traction needed.

and...we say one man with a backback carrier with an infant doing the falls...that I thought was a bit much. A baby on his back could really offset his balance and I would hate to think if he fell backward and the baby hit his head.

When we were in Cozumel last week the Inspriation was docked at the Puerta Maya pier. Too far to walk into town unless you are an avid walker. Catch a taxi. They are all over.

Just got back. We are a family of 5. the other 4 members of the family climbed the Falls, while I followed along on the side using walkways and stairs. Took some really fantastic pictures. I enjoyed walking the side but some of that was enjoying walking along with them while they climbed the falls.

If some family members want to climb, the others can use the walkways and walk along side the climbers without difficulty.

If anyone has diffuculty with balance or health issues, I would not recommend climbing the falls. You should also be of at least average fitness level.

when you book your cruise you can either choose your specific cabin, which is what it sounds like you did.

or ...you can book what is called a "guarantee"...which is when you do not book a specific room, but instead book a guaranteed minimum catagory. That means the cruise line will assign you a room at the catagory you booked at or a higher catagory, but not a lower one. Sometimes you find out the room #when you get your documents in the mail, sometimes you find out when you show up at port.

Sounds like you booked for a specific room and not what is called a "guarantee"
