Sorry In advance as I know this topic has been discussed at length but I still can’t find an answer to my question. We are Canadians sailing on Koningsdam on Sept 17,22 and am wondering if anyone has used Lifecenters.ca to have your virtual antigen test done to board the boat and if so did you use one of the “free antigen kits” from Walmart that are (BTNX) that the Ontario Government provided? I do have a back up appointment at Shoppers Drug Mart in Vancouver booked to do the antigen test but hoping not to use then as they are costly.

First time cruising on HAL and I called customer service to inquire about how does one go about upgrading their HIA beverage package to elite package. I was told there is no way in their computer system to do this prior to sailing, and that I would be charged $11 per person per day to upgrade. I am willing to pay the difference before sailing however, HAL is forcing me to now pay the difference on the onboard elite package price which is substantially more. this does not leave a good taste in my mouth.

We are sailing in Aqua class rooms and are wondering if any one knows if the dinner menus in Blu change nightly?
