Yes. Boarding typically starts around 10:30 am, so you could leave Rome earlier.

We did this in June. Royal had a representative in the Ravenna train station with a sign and directed people to the busses.

We've stayed in 1804 on Navigator, and it was fantastic. We didn't notice any significant motion difference with other areas on the ship. We loved it so much, we've booked the same room on Explorer for the Italy/Greece cruise in June. The extra half bath is great. The main bath is the size of a regular room bath, not as big as in the JS. -
Budget has a facility in Port Canaveral dedicated to cruises and will shuttle to and from the ship. We did this a couple weeks ago. Check Costco for good rates.
