Forgive me, I cannot find the answer to this.   We have reservations on the Gem out of Boston  to Bermuda next month.    Flight (NCL on JetBlue) arrives around 12:30.    I understand that the port is nearby, but getting out of the plane, waiting for luggage, transferring to the port....what if we don't get there on time?    Does NCL take any responsibility?    Would our trip be over or will they eventually get us to Bermuda?  Thanks.

    I was on that cruise........there was a small outbreak, caught right away, and steps taken right away to make things as safe as possible, and a strong encouragement to see the medical staff at no cost if you had any symptoms.   Well handled, I think.

  3. we were upgraded to Aqua class, and of course this includes dining in Blu.   I am a picky eater, sadly, and often make changes to the menu offerings.    Can I do this in Blu?  Also, some have mentioned the option of ordering from the main dining room menu while eating at Blu.   Is this correct?  Thank you for your responses.

At the top, you'll see your initials.  Click them and select Profile -- then on the right, select My Loyalty.  You should then see your Crown and Anchor number.  Write it down or otherwise know what it is (LOL!), and then delete it from that box so the box is empty.  Then, re-enter it and choose "SAVE" at the bottom.  This should force the system to update your C&A and your points hopefully will then appear.

Sorry, this is probably addressed somewhere but I cannot find it.   Our cruise is still 3 months away, but I see in the move up thread that some have already submitted bids.   I have plenty of time, but absolutely cannot put in bids until "less than 21 days before  your cruise".  I'm wondering why the discrepancy.   Thanks.

    I don't know how to contact the person/department I need to contact....I have searched the website....I see that you can chat with someone, but after waiting for a very long time for someone to connect, I gave up.   Any advice would be appreciated.

    Funny, we get casino offers from Carnival, Royal, NCL...and we sail most often on HAL...it's a mystery.

    I can't find where to sign up for casino offers, nor do any show up on my account.  DH and I like to play blackjack, and we play generally every night, not for mounds of money, but steadily for an hour or two or more.   Where do I get information about casino offers?
