Hi Everone - we just booked this cruise. We’ve cruised previously but it will be our first time with Norwegian Cruise. The reservations for dining at the Specialty Restaurants were made available 120 days before. The available reservations for the two restaurants we wanted Ocean Blue and the Steakhouse are basically booked all days until 9:00pm. On second sea day, they’re completely booked. We booked a couple of backups Teppanyaki and Italian, but wanted to ask a couple of questions.
1. Will they provide additional opportunity to reserve once we’re on board?
2. Or is there the possibility they will allow walk ins?
3. On Royal Caribbean, we were able to order lobster tail (for additional price) to go with our steak in the Main Dining Room. Does NCL do that per chance?
Can you tell we’re really hoping for a steak and lobster!?
I’m just not familiar with NCL at all. We’re really excited about the Teppanyaki and my husband likes Italian food, so we’re still good if it doesn’t work out. And we’re very excited to experience NCL.
