Yep. I agree...we are young but prefer Celebrity because it's so relaxing, clean, and classy. We ALWAYS purchase the BEV packages and get over our monies worth! ;) 77 more days!

I tried for middle cabin...all sold out in veranda. I'll bring Dramamine and a positive attitude ! That should help.

I keep reading Equinox reviews. ...I either hear....
Best cruise ever, great food, excellent service, can't wait to go again.
OR....
worst ship, terrible food, horrible experience, won't go back.
WTH?! How can these recent reviews be so different from each other?!
Just when I'm all excited about reading outstanding reviews.....I read a recent horrible review that contradicts everything !

We are going in April for my husband's 40th birthday. ....it's our 3rd on Celebrity. Love it. We are bringing the kids this time on Equinox.

Hi. We are already booked on Celebrity Equinox in April. Veranda at the very Aft of the ship....originally had Veranda in very front of ship but moved.
Thoughts? On deck 9. Extra large balcony at least. ...
Noisy? Movement? Crew space? !

Anyone know of they have a children's menu in MDR for dinners? I know the buffet is an option but we will be dining in the MDR every night....want to know if they will have kid friendly choices?

My experiences. ...
Carnival...cheap, rowdy, constantly loud and fun.
Norwegian...bad food, mediocre ship.
Princess...great food, lovely ship.
Celebrity....excellent food, outstanding service, gorgeous SUPER CLEAN ships...more expensive.

It is annoying and very unprofessional. But we sailed with them twice and now a third time in April because we love Celebrity line.

Bring Dramamine.
If u want a pool chair get there before 7am.
Bring magnet hooks to put on the walls of your cabin to hang wet suits etc.
Spend time out on deck in the evenings...it's absolutely captivating.
Bring a big enough overnight bag for your last night for all your essentials as u have to have everything packed and they take your luggage night before u disembark.
Have a great time. We leave April 14th for a 10 day Carribean. ...bringing kids this time too!

My daughter won't hardly use one except for the bottled water I'm sure so I don't want to purchase 2 seperate beverage packages for our 2 kids under 11.
Anyone have experience sharing 1 BEV PACKAGE between 2 kids?

OK SO WE BOOKED THE ADJACENT INSIDE CABIN FOR THE KIDS!!! Got to keep our perks and our Concierge Veranda!!! AND WE ARE GETTING REFUNDED the couple hundred dollar difference! !!!! I was on the phone for hours with Celebrity shuffling things around and weighing our options....BUT SO WORTH IT!! Now we will have more room, more beds and an extra shower!!! WHOO HOO!!

OK. Massive dilemma....
Traveling with 2 adults, 2 children.
Currently booked in a Concierge Veranda for the 4 of us.
I was told it might be wise to also look into ADDING THE ADJACENT INSIDE CABIN for 1 adult and 1 kid because it might be cheaper or same price......this,way we get 2 cabins....more room, extra shower etc.....
PROBLEM.....right now in Concierge class our perk is 2 adult classic beverage packages along with 2 non alcoholic beverage packages for the kids.....IF WE ADD ON THE INSIDE CABIN we hv to forfeit ONE of the adult beverage perks..........because inside cabins don't come with perks.......Right now it will COST MORE to add on the adult beverage pkg.......SO I'M WONDERING....
Closer to the sail date IF the inside room rate goes down...I could purchase the beverage pkg with the extra koney.......CON....if we,wait no guarantee for the adjacent inside cabin availability. ........and no guarantee cabin rates will go down...
Ugh.. .if keep thinking how nice it will be to have the extra cabin for storage, suitcases, extra sleeping space and the extra shower traveling with 2 kids under 11....but husband refuses to pay anything extra......and we really utilize the adult beverage packages!!!!
THOUGHTS? ADVICE???

Great advice. Thanks everyone....I think our best bet is the beach close to the pier.....then Maho on day 2....Fr the kids. They are 11 and 7.

The pull out couch looks teenie. They said big enough for 2 adults but I'm leary!! Thoughts?

We are torn here due to the nudity on the beaches...we obviously won't take our kids to those spots so my question is this....WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO ON ST MARTEEN WITH 2 KIDS UNDER 11? Anyone been to Buccaneer Beach??!!

The Rep on the phone said they are included....but the website doesn't state that.....anyone know if smoothies and non alcoholic frozen drinks are included??
