Hi yes we changed to World Europa sail the previous day so needed another nights accommodation at our cost and a promenade view rather than balcony cabin that we booked but just happy to go on holidays got a lovely person on the phone and just kept ringing him till i was happy they only had a interior room at first so booked that and i kept checking the web site till a different room came up and would ring him to change rooms .

On board credit the cancellation email mentions 300e per cabin

Thanks for replying I can only get interior cabin now had balcony booked and its twice the price! also have flights and hotels booked either side of cruise nightmare!
