  1. Ok simple contact carnival and inform them of this and they will most likely send you guy's to the Dining room or theater for those with special needs. He will be sitting too because if you had him participate in the regular Muster drill it will be rough.

This might be a dumb question but here I go 🙂

Sailing on Vista on February 3rd... Is there a reason(s) why someone would carry on their CPAP machine versus putting it in their checked luggage?  I’ve seen comments about them on various threads and it made me wonder.  I’m bringing mine but was planning on packing inside my suitcase.  It has a bag that everything goes in & it fits nicely in my suitcase, so I’d rather not carry it on, as I want less stuff to lug around once we board since we don’t have FTTF or anything that gets us in our rooms faster.   (This is my first time bringing my CPAP on a cruise so I want to be sure I’m not doing something wrong 😄😄)

Is it just personal preference?   Thanks!!!

Also one time the people directing you were to go when getting on approached me and told me I can go to my cabin to drop it off. Which I did.

  3. We renewed our vows on the Half Moon Cay beach and it was awesome. Party was a little less than half of yours. We had rented a Villa which got us on the tender first. Beach was empty and did our quick ceremony and pictures before the beach filled up. Hope it works out for you. I do remember reading people getting married somewhere on the ship without a package while researching what to do for us.

If you're going to try to bring it on board, you should consider whether or not your cabin has a refrigerator, and if so, whether the bottle will fit in it.

Bucket of ice and I doubt if the room stewards care what's in it. Also once opened I don't think it will last long. At least not for me. It is my understanding that all cabins have a mini fridge

Oh, and for those that say it's a good thing because they don't use room service and shouldn't have to pay a higher fare for others that do?  Great!!  I have no kids and don't use anything involved with the children's programs - those should be for-fee as well.  I shouldn't have to pay for camp counselors or separate spaces and if people want to take their kiddos to the splash zone or that sort of thing, they should have to pay for the experience separately - why am I charged for that?

    Same "logic" (sic).

    Right

We have been on 47 cruises since 1994 in the Caribbean, Central and South America and have bought jewelry in many of the ports without issues - diamonds, tanzanite, watches, rings, and gold chains. You will see many of the same stores in all the ports and the ship does have a shopping lecture to let you know which ones the cruise lines recommend. The best thing about jewelry shopping in the ports is the incredible pieces and settings you will never see in US stores. Going to US jewelry stores after a cruise will be such a let down because you will see bland settings and stones and lots of lab created gems. We always shop around the various jewelry stores in the ports to get the best prices. If you have a specific type of jewelry you are interested in, like a watch or ring, go to a store near where you live to get a idea of prices so you can compare. Have a great cruise and congratulations to your wife on her retirement!

    Great response

  7. OAfter 5 months of stalking the Carnival website. I got our FTTF this morning. Our cruise is not until May 2019. It was sold out since May. It is sold out again. I was checking 3 times a day a minimum. I am so happy.
