It amazes me when people are saying the US should be in there after every disaster. Guess what, we have the USVI, Puerto Rico, Florida and Texas to deal with right now. Do you see any other country sending aid to those areas? People need help in many areas after these storms but it can't all fall on the US shoulders.

Great. We left from there in January and it was a mad house. We are leaving from there again in October and was hoping it would be much better by then, guess not. LOL

LOL. I think it is funny that usually the ones that want to be the last off and linger as long as possible are the ones that show up at 10:00 am and want to board then. They fuss because the ship is not cleared of pax. Can't have your cake and eat it too. :)

maldenmusic, I have asked you questions before about your cruise from Mobile in May. Since this thread is about picking a check in time it is not too much of a high-jack. LOL We sailed out of Mobile in January but the port workers were not enforcing the check in times. We are going again in October. Since you left from there in May was the check in times being enforced? thanks so much for all your help. :)

I don't know the earliest check in time for Mobile, but we have FTTF. So the shuttle goes by your check in time also?

Unless you leave from Mobile. They pay no attention to the times.:( I was really looking forward to the staggered check in after reading how well it was working in other ports. Oh well....

My daughter done this a couple of years ago with my 2 granddaughters. They all really liked it. Did face-painting with the girls and all that. She said the buffet was nice and it was good too. She said if we ever make it back to Freeport she will definitely do it again.

Guess I am in the minority. LOL I love my Pandora bracelet and always check ports to see if there is a Pandora store there to buy a charm that is specific to that country.:D

We left from Mobile in January and have another one booked for October. Have they started enforcing the staggered check-in yet, as they were not doing so in Jan. Line to get into the parking garage was horrible. I know THAT many people didn't have a early check-in. :confused:
