  1. Susie Q, I get this all the time when I return from cruise. I take bonine for a few days until it goes away. I first noticed it in a port after 2 sea days, where I was certain the sidewalk was shifting. LOL..

I also take a bonine every trip before sailing, whether I need it or not.

    It works for me!

    Bon Voyage and Calm Seas...

  2. I'm trying to decide about the drink package on our upcoming cruise on Vista..Does anyone have any information on the prices onboard. ..or drink menus to upload. The Cheers package is very expensive, so I wanted to compare if I were to just buy them. Not a big drinker, but it's a vacation, too. Any help would be awesome.

    Thanks

    Joan:)

  3. Has anyone done the Sandals day pass in Grenada? What type of water sports offered? . How far from cruise port? What is the best way to get there? Just wondering if it's worth it or not. We are in port 12-6 .

    Thanks in advance!:):)

  4. Can anyone tell me where on the Royal is the Crab shack? Can't find it on the deck plans. Thanks.

I believe it is set up in a section of Horizon one night during the week. You make reservations for it, and there is a small charge per person.

  5. I've cruised on the Regal last month and loved it. Those of you who have been on the Royal & Regal will I like the Royal as much?

Your comments would be appreciated. I'm looking at a 10 day cruise on the Royal. Thanks!

Good question Lindy, I was also on Regal and liked it so much, but it was a 3 day and not long enough. That is why we booked the 10 day Southern Caribbean (11/20) for our anniversary. Can't come soon enough! I got a great deal (if you are interested, lol :)) I think it should be just as good, as the ships are almost identical.

  6. Thanks for the detailed review. I felt like I was almost there. We are boarding LOS on 12/11. Haven't been on Royal for a long time. I'll admit I was having some concerns, due to do much "negativity" on these threads. But your review brought me back to reality. Every cruise is a new adventure, and it is what you make it. The will always be "bumps", but how you deal with them will determine your satisfaction. I have yet to be disappointed in ANY cruise.

I am looking forward to experiencing Liberty of the Seas. ....thanks in part to your review!

  7. PLEASE HELP.

Has anyone stayed in this cabin, E 208 on Coral Princess ?.

It is listed as partial Obstruction,. I am trying to determine if that is from the "bridge" that juts out on the sides? And if there is still a view looking straight out. It is the last portside balcony on our southbound Alaska trip. Also, do you think there will be a lot of noise, being abbove the theater? Thanks in advance for any help?

  8. If played correctly the slimmest house edge is in blackjack. Not sure about the bet in question.

Yes, Blackjack until you add the auto shuffler that all the low limit tables use....Changes the game completely. I used to love it. Now I'm a craps player....

  9. I was on Breakaway on 9/29 and had a wonderful trip. She is a beauty with so many nice spaces. Love the Waterfront concept. NCL is a great line to sail. Each person can have a personal preference of lines. I think there is no such thing as a bad cruise and yes some are better than others. My trip on Breakaway was better than some others. I can't wait for the Getaway! Some nice new features as well. The illusionarium looks amazing...Have a great time and don't over think it.

  10. I am glad I read the thread first before posting my questions, as most of them were answered right here! Awesome.

One remaining question is....What is Chef's Table?

Also, Does anyone know if anytime dining is in both dining rooms or only 1. I really don't like aft dining room because I really feel the engines and the motion,so I would not want to be stuck there.

Thanks again for this great thread. Can't wait to be on the Breeze (12/2/12)

    PhoneJoan! :D

  11. We are coming to FLL in November and my mom really wants to do some outlet shopping before we leave on our cruise. We are staying at the Renaissance and I am wondering how difficult it would be to get to the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall? Is it worth the trip? We are not planning on renting a car so how woudl we get there?

Sawgrass is DEFINATLY worth a day trip. But emphasis on the whole day. It is huge and cant even really be done in one day, but we have it down to a science and only go int the stores we like/need. Why dont you rent a car for the day.

  12. I gotta tell you....I got a little tear eyed just reading it..!!! A similar thing happened to us when my little girl lost her "dolly" at a restaurant stop on one vacation. I mean, this dolly was (and still is ) part of the family. By the time we discovered it missing we were on the road for about 15 min. Went back and couldn't find it. We were very upset. As we were leaving, a car backed up and there it was...underneath where we had parked. That was 14 years ago!!! I truly know how happy (for your daughter) you were.:)
