When I search for 5 people only rooms on deck 10 are available. When I put it back to 4 people , rooms on deck 7 and 9 are available (Family verandah 04C and 04A that sleep 4-5). 7126 is available and I can find an image of 7128 which has 5 beds. Is it safe to assume they would be the same?

I need help ASAP (was hoping to book today). My husband backed out of going on a cruise so I asked another mom and daughter to go with us. I have been on other cruise lines but never Disney and assumed the bed could configured as a queen or two singles. It appears I was wrong. What room category would you suggest for 2 adults that don't want to share a bed and 2 kids?

Wow - yes to the up selling of the alcohol package! I have had it on other cruises and at the time it was worth it, but for the circumstances of this cruise, it is not (I am travelling as a 'single mom' and need my wits about me). And they are relentless! I have explain and say a very firm 'no' at least three times to each server! It's almost to the point I don't want to order a drink!

Sorry, 'new' as in they have flown Aegean before and liked it but when I suggested Alitalia because it was less expensive they are hesitant to try an airline they are unfamiliar with (many horrible reviews, but that is par for the course with airlines these days). Basically, if Alitalia is horrid I will have to hear about until the end of time :rolleyes:

I was wondering if anyone has opinions on Alitalia vs Aegean? It is for a short fight between Rome and Athens, leaving at almost the same time. Alitalia is about $100 less expensive for the 4 of us but my inlaws have flown Aegean and are unsure about trying a new airline. Does anyone have opinions on one vs the other?

Thanks .... it was the 'domestic' part I was most concerned with. Our option (because my inlaws want to fly Aegean) is 10:50am or 5:30pm and I was not looking forward to that many hours in an airport

I have looked and can't find any current information regarding FCO airport. We are traveling from FCO to Athens and I am wondering if a 10:50am flight (on a Monday in August) would be too early? Our ship debarks at 7:00am and we will carry off our own luggage.

i would think they would not be allowed to stay (they are not vetted to be with the other children and let's face it, kids dont care who the official care giver is when they want to use the washroom or have a runny nose). Also, if one mom stays it makes it harder for the other moms to leave as their child may want their mommy to. If mom/child aren't comfortable then it is probably better to make other arrangements.

We are likely going to stay at the Best Western Spring House. The reviews on TripAdvisor are quite positive. It is right near the Vatican, which is something my very Greek Orthodox MIL really wants to see. We have 2 nights in Rome so if we do this the first day and find my 6 year old is just too tired it is easy to get back to the hotel and not have to all travel together.

Do you always get a can? Would it be possible to stock pile them in my room :rolleyes:

How easy is it to get soda? Do you have to go to the bar or do they have freestyle machines (like Royal)?

We will be on the Reflection (10 day Greece/Italy) mid August and the current unlimited internet package price is $389. On another thread it was mentioned that waiting to buy on board it may go up further or this package be eliminated with the new system. People that have expertise in this area, do you think it could possibly get more expensive? I am debating if I should buy now or wait until on board and see if I absolutely need it.

I should mention my 'need' for it is that it is just my 6 yr old daughter and myself so I imagine we will be in our cabin most evenings and she will be away from her daddy for almost 3 weeks and want to 'chat' with him.

Following! We only have a few days but we're hoping to use Best Western points also. Nothing looks all that appealing on TripAdvisor :-(

Thank you all for your replies ... We have chosen the Celebrity Reflection 10 day Italy and Greek Isle cruise (departing August 19th) and stay for 5 days in Monemvasia. There were other itineraries I preferred but it was a small window of when we could leave and when my daughter would need to be back for school. :-(

This may be a silly question .... but someone just posted they were off the Celbrity Reflection and the wifi was decent. Would being in Europe affect that or is it the ship itself?

Is the wifi decent on any of the ships in Europe? I am trying to decide between Royal Princess, Celebrity Reflection and RCI Vision. This won't be the ultimate deciding factor but it may help 😆
