I’ve been trying for 6 weeks to get the app to recognize my booking number to no avail. Today I had a live chat with an idiot at Princess who said Princess had me on a pending list and they are loading the app with people who are cruise sooner then me😱😱😱 Has anyone heard such a stupid excuse?????

Medallion says “booking number not found”

That doesn’t work for me. I need it to recognize my booking number😳 -
I can’t log into the Medallion because they don’t recognize my booking number. I called the Princess number and they said they would put in a ticket to get it fixed. They said it would take up to 5 days and it’s now 2 weeks. Anyone else? Is there anything else I can do? Thanks
