Didn't see it mention anywhere- we bring a couple rolls of our own TP. The cruise ships buy the cheapest they can get, very similar to 20 grit sandpaper. NOT Charman or Northern

If RCL doesn't do ALL 3 ABC ports, I will be the guy having such a loud hissy fit they will probably make me walk the plank. GRRRRRR

I am going in October. Does anyone know if they were offering the Deluxe Beverage Package at the BOGO 50 price?

For those that have recently been on Explorer- did the ship port at all 3 ABC ports? Some of the earlier cruises went to Grand Cayman instead of Bonaire and we booked 2 years ago (after cancellations, lift/shift, etc) to specifically go to the ABCs. Is the ship well staffed? Are the seapass cards chipped? Or can they still get a "punch" so you can wear them on a lanyard? Any issues with the card itself-ink smearing off, falling apart when wet? Last question- did the ship depart from Miami port terminal G? Thanks for any info. 🙂

Sandpaper is an improvement. I think the old supplier was the same company that makes the first grade Big Chief writing tablets. Remember those- still had chunks of wood in them. At least with the current supplier you don't get splinters!!

Wife and I are considering a June voyage from Louisville to Nashville. Does this boat have a smoking section, or is the entire boat smoke free?

We always bring a local T-shirt (our son's high school-Mustang Broncos) and guess that size large works. One room steward was so excited to play basketball in his off time and show off his shirt to his brother (also a room steward). And he also liked the cash we gave him!!

I've been watching for months the DBP for our Oct sailing on Explorer. It goes from $70 to $66 during any and all of the "Super Duper, Amazing, Too Good to be True, WOW" sales. Annoying cat and mouse/ smoke and mirror "sales"

The wife and I were also on a cruise in Nov 2019. When we returned home she came down with the worse flu-like symptoms ever. But tested negative for the flu. I tend to disagree that Covid was contained in China Nov 2019. I think the "barn door was open and the horse got out" months before China even admitted they had a "horse".

The Black Friday "Sale" was the same "Cat and Mouse/Smoke and Mirrors" game that RCL likes to play. I did read in roll calls that 2-3 weeks before Navigator's Nov 19 and 29 sailings the DBP did drop to $44. Haven't seen anyone else claim they got that good of a deal. From what I've read the going rate is $64-$66 a day "sale" price.

Or CatLuvsH2O- Buy the drink package quick before the price goes up AGAIN. Got an Email about the holiday sale, so checked it out and on our sailing the DBP went from $64 to $73.
Hey RCCL usually a sale means the price goes down, not up 😞

Also, the package prices change in the pre-cruise planner quite frequently. Watch for the bottom line price to drop. You can always cancel and repurchase w/ no penalty (except for the 7-14 days for the $$ to get refunded to your card).
On roll calls I read where on the Navigator's Nov 19 and 29 sailings the DBP dropped to $44/day two-three weeks before sailing. Our Feb 21 sailing the price goes from $74 to $64. (The 30% is off some "imaginary" on board number). So keep checking if you think the package is a good deal for you.

68 days for Navigator, 290 days for Explorer...... I'm so ready!!! Feb 2019 was last one.
If I can't wait may get a bottle of wine and take a row boat up the creek to Gotebo, OK 🙂

I read roll calls that on the Navigator's Nov 19 and 29 sailings the drink package dropped to $44 two-three weeks before sail date. Has anyone who has sailed recently had this pleasant surprise? Our Feb 21 sailing has a "sale" price of $64 for the drink package.

The sale will begin as soon as they raise the published base price for your cruise high enough so that the sale price actually looks like a good deal. They mark 'em up so they can mark 'em down.🤑
So True. On our Feb 21 sailing the DBP went back up to $73- until the next great "sale". The silly cat and mouse/smoke and mirrors game continues. It would be sooooo nice if they would just put a legit price out there. 😞

2-3 weeks before Navigator's Nov 19 and Nov 29 sailings the drink package dropped to $44. We are on the Feb 21 sailing. Our drink package price went from $61 to $74. Now that it's the "sell of the year" the price dropped to $64. Just keep checking the cruise planner in hopes of a good deal. It is a very annoying frustrating silly "cat and mouse" game that RCCL likes to play. But as others have stated- their ships/their rules.

Thanks for the info may take a pass on this one. I still like to party- but shots before lunch- not so much. My party like a rock star college days were back in the 70s

Anyone taken the party bus that looks like a guitar at Costa Maya? NCL has 0 reviews so was wanting some feedback. Thx

We were on the Jan 15th sailing. I do not remember any soot on deck 8. The shows were free, but they did cancel Donna Summer show first night due to "tech" issues. Go carts were fun ($15 charge), Indulge was awesome. I thought all the venues were too small. I am not willing to stand in line for an hour to get into Syd Norman's, only to find out the 60 seats are already taken. And it seemed every bar needed at least one more bartender.
