  1. Sorry, Orkney Islands are to the north of the Scottish mainland. Definitely part of Scotland.
  2. Close enough, Korimako 👏. Actually on Lamb Holm, to the east of Scapa Flow, but certainly Orkney Islands. It's incredible to stand inside and marvel at what are actually two Nissen huts, joined together and then transformed by craftsmen and artisans, with the most rudimentary of items they could get their hands on, into something resembling the Sistine Chapel. It's actually situated where the Atlantic Ocean meets the North Sea, above Scotland, Lyle. Your turn, Korimako.
  3. I meant to clarify that the lucky guess for Utah was thanks to Mic's generosity🙏
  4. I confess to that being a lucky guess. Next then, is somewhat different. Hint: remote and ingenious.
  5. I should’ve made it clear I was quoting the late, great, Johnny Warren, and not meant to be me preaching to you🙃
  6. Stumped. I first thought Legoland in Copenhagen, but no. Over to someone wiser.
  7. Exactly. Exciting play from our girls, but breaking through that blockade, finally, was magical when it happened. Love what they've done for our game: "I told you so"😇
  8. Not yet😂. Just coming out now. Wishing hou a great cruise.
  9. Like us, Mic is probably glued to the Matildas’ match right now👏
  10. Looks like majestic Canada. I agree. Perhaps White River?
  11. And close to home. Silly me. Mario guessed it, but he can’t play😂
  12. Tulips...maybe The Netherlands? (or Floriade in Canberra).
  13. Bingo! Your turn next. We also did the Harry Potter ride, our carriage was “Florence”, named after one of the conductors. We stayed that time (2018) in Fort William. My ancestors are buried in Dalmally and the older Fletcher castle graveyard near Glencoe. Small world; we may have ridden the train together. We’ll be back there in May, this time staying in Oban.
  14. Very😀 can you name it? (not the cute terrier)
  15. Charles Darwin’s theory was incorrect, believe it or not. Louis Agassiz, who first postulated the now proven theory of cyclical ice ages, was correct.
  16. It’s beautiful. Okay, this is a little more obscure, but fascinating for those interested in geological history. I snapped this in 2018. The clue is in the background
  17. One more try, before capitulating 😂: Garonne?
