Heads up on pre-cruise COVID testing if traveling soon

We went for our test on Wednesday. We mentioned that we needed it for travel. The med tech told us to put 'exposure' on the documentation so that they wouldn't have to bill the insurance. -
Certainly wouldn't hold my breath for any upgrades. We've been on 35 cruises with Carnival and only received upgrade offers twice.
