I submitted my email request on July 7 and saw the credit in the account on July 13 for our cruise next month.
Not sure if it made any difference but in the subject line of the email, I put down our sailing date (less than a month's away) on the outside chance someone might look through the hundreds/thousands email titles and place priority processing for cruises coming up next few weeks. Yeah, I know, I believe in Santa Claus also...
So if I have say $75 refundable OBC from TA on top of the $100 non refundable shareholder credit, how does Princess prioritize the usage of credits?
For example, if I spend $125 on board, do they use up the $100 shareholder credit first and then the TA credit so I walk out the ship with $50 credit? Or they utilize the $75 TA credit first and then shareholder credit but since that's not refundable, I walk out with $0?
