Thanks to @Host Hattie, I just learned in a different forum that Smiths for Airports has ceased operating. Very sad. I realize there's a pinned thread regarding transfers, but I think this is significant enough news to warrant a separate thread so that folks who don't keep up with that thread see the information.
Anyone have another suggestion with good reviews?

You can. When you look at upgrades, there are various Internet packages. The one I chose was about $85 for the week per package.
So there is an option to apply the free offer towards a unlimited package?

Trying to understand the Free at Sea Internet package of a 7 day cruise…one place it says $130 and another it says 250 minutes?
If I wanted to upgrade to two unlimited Internet packages , how does that work with the offer? -
What I am not happy is the the package doesn’t included Bottled Water or specialty coffees ? Now that seems pretty cheap on NCl’s part.

Thanks for the quick response . We were hoping it was similar to Royal’s. Really looking forward to this sailing.

Will be boarding Reflection soon and wanted to know if they allow us to bring a small case of water onboard ? We normally sail Royal and give the dock porters the case with our luggage ( with cabin tags attached? )
also can we get get bottled water from the bars with our premium beverage package?

I guess it depends on the location of the cruise. It would be terrible on a Caribbean cruise, but we enjoyed the (retractable) covered pool a lot on our Norwegian fjords cruise and are looking forward to it on our upcoming British Isles cruise.

You may bring aboard as many bottles of wine as you can carry, both at initial embarkation, and at ports.
One 750ml bottle per adult is corkage-free at initial embarkation. One bottle at ports is corkage-free provided it was purchased while on a HAL-sponsored excursion to a winery. All other bottles will have an $18 corkage fee added to your on-board account.
If the 'free' bottles are brought to a public venue for consumption, they will also incur a corkage fee.
You are allowed to bring aboard as much water as you can carry. That is true at both initial embarkation and subsequent ports. There is no fee to do so.
The same is true for soda, juices, and all non-alcoholic beverages.
Will they allow a case of water with a luggage tag ( to be delivered to cabin like luggage) or only what you physically carry with you on boarding?

New to HAL.. what is the formal policy on bringing wine onboard at embarkation? How many bottles pp, corkage fees in room or dining room, etc.
Also what I see formal policy on bringing a case of water on board?

I couldn't request full refund as I needed Internet for work
I am more upset that they were marketing surf +STREAM for the faster speeds
-
As is the case with any issue on the ship, the time to address it is on the ship (if you didn't like the product ask for a refund). Complaining afterwards, especially to C&A does not usually yield results - if you get a reply at all.
The ship was saying it was VOOM and nothing was wrong!!!
I fully expect a response and will let you know how it goes
-
I write an email to C&A to complain as I spent almost $300 for surf and stream on the TA and it was useless
Been a week without a response ???

We are looking for a quaint place to visit next May after docking in Rome. Want to spend 3-5 nights but not necessarily a beach only area... Any suggestions ..oh, need something relatively easy to get to from pier with 3 pieces of luggage
-
Not looking to stream just do some work with my office and FaceTime to our family
The old prices were more
Took advantage of the 30% off promo before boarding
-
Ideally we need someone with Surf & Stream on Naviagtor to post a comparison
My speed tests HAVE been on the Surf &Stream package
Not sure about video card or whatever as we are using an iPhone 6 and iPad
Two device package can be used on ANY two devices at one time
-
Today is worst!!
0.10 down and 0.91 up 711 ping
-
Ran test outside on deck 11 and got
0.10 by 1.78
-
Ran speed tests
Outside on deck 8 balcony
0.16 download 1.79 upload
Ran again and download was 0.40
Inside cabin ran 4 times from same spot
0.10 - 0.40 download
0.10 twice and 1.44-1.79 upload
What that that tell you?
-
Not sure how to do that?

On the navigator this crossing and Internet is so so... Seems like it is better in certain parts of ship
Better than old internet but definitely not VOOM speed whatever fat means ?
Electrical outlet locations in Silhouette cabins
in Celebrity Cruises

We asked the cabin Stewart to run the extension cords around the floor walls , then under the sliding balcony doors to the bed side. He used black electrical tape so no cord running access the door to trip over… I brought a 3 plug adapter to attach to end of his extension cord to plus in my USB so had our cell phones on night tables
