Why would you want to be in a cabin with 5 or 6 people?

I would rather stay home than do that........

3 children & 2 adults thats why, i can not put the children in their own room, unless it is connected ( they are toddler, thats why we are looking into 1 room,

And No, we are not going to stay home, thank you for you opinion

I have been looking & cant seem to find answer.. does anyone have experience with a room for 5 or 6 people on the Anthem, that is not a full suite.. i.e. Family Junior suite or an Ocean View Connected Staterooms With Balcony. The full suite we were quoted $21,000... way over our budget for August 2018

Yes, we did request a pack and play, which they brought during the afternoon we boarded.Unfortunately the sheet they gave us was a little small and kept causing the "mattress" to buckle when we tried to put it on. They eventually found what they called "the biggest sheet we could find" and it was a little better, but I forgot how thin the mattress is on the pack and plays as we had replaced the one at home with a thicker mattress when we bought ours. You may want to consider bringing a sheet with you to use as the sheets we were given had seen better days.

We already have sheets to bring with us, we saw this recommended on on of the family cruising pages...

you said you had a room for 3.. did you request a pack & play/crib for your daughter? For our upcoming cruise in June, we too have a room for 3, but we are getting a pack and play/crib for my 15 month old...

(not on Royal) This was a short cruise i think 4 days to Cozumel & back (so it was cheap,, we got 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people for dirt cheap

We had a family get on the ship in denim overalls & baseball caps.. they spent most of the cruise in those outfits, as well as being barefoot.. and had their children use their bare hands to get food from the buffet..

same cruise, there was a family reunion, and the kids kept climbing onto the bars, taking handfuls of olives and cherry's.. parents did nothing even after they were reprimanded... this was a constant complaint with this group, the kids were out of control the entire time!

We have rented one of the Deluxe Ocean View Cabanas for our June 15th cruise on the Grandeur...

Has anyone had one recently? I have only seen postings that are fairly old.

What did they include? I have seen conflicting responses about what was included...

we are looking into booking this for June 20th, but is it time limited? We will be in Nassau from 1pm to 11:59pm... I was looking to see about times, but haven't had any luck..... any one have any info?

we have this booked for June 20th.,.. was there a set time to return to return to the ship, or were there a few choices? we are traveling with my 15 month old & not sure how long she will be okay to be out..

i am cruising June 15th, i canceled my drink package and rebooked it yesterday with the discount, I used my OBC, so the refund was instant.

Thank you so much for all your advice! I will be taking my daughter on her 1st cruise on June 15th of the Grandeur... she will be 15 months, we have adjoining rooms with my parents, so when she is sleeping I can be in their room...

The toy exchange program is great. They used to be partnered with fisher price but I believe it was early 2016 dropped fisher price and now use random brands of toys. There are normally 8 bags of toys or so to choose from each with a different theme, such as music, food, etc. It is very handy to not have to drag toys onto the ship. Enjoy your trip. We love bringing our littles with us. They love cruising.

Thank you for your help! I am hoping if we get on the ship early enough, we will head right to the Nursery to get info and toys!

thankyou everyone, i am not so interested in the babysitting in the nursery, i am more interested in the toys for my daughter, i dont want to have to travel with a whole suitcase of toys, i will take a few of her favorites though!

I will still look into the nursery hours when we get onto the ship....

We are taking my 15 month old daughter on her first cruise in June on the Grandeur of the Seas. Does anyone have any recent experience with Royal Babies and Tots® Nursery? I haven't been able to find anything current.

my $400 OBC shows up when i look at pre-booking anything for my June 2017 cruise, it showed up once I made my final payment last week

Our travel agent contacted us & said that Royal called her... our June 18, 2017 cruise was cancelled... so we rebooked onto Grandeur or June 15th.. with 200 obc from Royal due to my husband being in the military we only had a few choices to switch to

make sure your data is off & you are only on WIFI... then you shouldnt have any surprise charges
