We were in suite on Allure a couple of years ago , had an issue with staff in chops being fairly rude . We didn’t complain to concierge but a senior officer who we spoke with a couple of times asked us while in suite lounge how cruise was , we told him about our issue, he promptly got on the concierge phone to talk to management of chops , then told us you will have no more issues. Everyone at chops apologize to us on next visit.

This is what I’m talking about. The type of service us elites should expect!! Illuminati.

  2. Hello commoners, OP here, bow at my presence.

Could any of you commoners share Royal Caribbean’s CEO email address with me? I must reach out to him to file a formal complaint.

Last night my significant other and I decided to go to our favorite local steakhouse near the house, however it was a last minute affair and they were sold out.  I called MY Royal Caribbean concierge to make things right and book us a reservation. The concierge acted dumb, said they didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn't help me.

Needless to say, I am outraged that I am being treated as a mere commoner. This must be rectified immediately.  Please advise.  Carry on.

  3. So, I’m a bit offended and slightly upset at the fact that NOBODY told me getting a grand suite was the bomb-diggity!  First time grand suite-er here on Allure this week, people!!!  Let’s just say, I am no longer a “commoner” like most of you.  I am royalty and you all can kiss my feet.  From priority boarding, to the concierge hooking up every show we wanted last minute, to Coastal Kitchen being amaze-ing all week for breakfast and lunch, oh, and the included drinks and finger foods in the evening were sweeeeeet and our stateroom was gigantic!!!  Nightly pillow treats, we weren’t bothered by turning in swim towels, and had amazing seats at the shows. When we are home next week I look forward to calling my new concierge and ensuring they get me into all the sold out places around my town, because I am now royalty and shall not be bothered by lines and let downs.  I expect they’ll still take my calls.

Craaaaaaap! All my future cruises will now cost me 10x the amount, greeeeeeaaaaaaat!

You should receive an email from the suite concierges ( AL_concierge01@RCCL.com ) about a week before your sail date, and they can often make magic happen with finding reservations for shows/dining/etc. if you ask them when you reply to the email.

I booked three days before, will I get anything or do I miss out on this perk?

  5. Our two-year-old has been on one cruise with us and is going on another in two weeks.  What is the process (if any) to set him up on the crown and anchor program?  Do we create him his own account? Does he already have his own? Do we do anything? Thank you.

  6. Talk some sense into me someone…

We paid about 5k for 3 of us (1 child) for an upcoming Wonder cruise (Balcony Cabin)… there is a JS available for an additional $3k…. We are 14 points away from diamond so this would help us reach that this cruise.  Also, our child is two years old so it’s nice having a bathtub   BUT is $3k worth it for this upgrade??!

  7. I’ve been checking constantly to see if a JS is available for upgrade on an upcoming cruise.  I checked just now and it showed a JS available, I refreshed  and it was gone then appeared again then disappeared again.  I called and RC said there are not available.  What would cause this on the website?

Hello we just got off of Oasis of the seas.   Noticed Pot smell on our balcony at all times.  Even POT smell in public areas and bathrooms.      Overheard some other cruises bragged how easy it was to sneak on some weed in Nassau on board and how Carnival is cracking down and Royal Caribbean is not.    We alerted security they said its like trying to find moving fish in a ocean, difficult to find the violators.   Just curious anyone else noticing this.       I dont have an opinion for people who chose to smoke pot in there own privateplace I do have one in public places like a cruise.    Had a wonderful cruise food was by far the best we had since start up, service was outstanding.

    Snitch 🤣🤣

  9. Two passengers offloaded safely! One older/elderly female, one middle aged/younger female. The younger one was in a full leg brace.  Earlier there was an AAA call in the ice ring, just guessing, she probably broke her leg.  Not sure what the older lady’s issue was.  Both were alert and talking while being taken off the ship.  We are staying in port until tomorrow morning.  Casinos are closed now unfortunately.

We have checkin, later this week, and I just wanted to verify, we are able to skip uploading selfies and passports and come back and do that later, correct? I want to do check in for our entire group, to grab our check in time, but won’t have all that with me as it will be midnight When I’m doing this. Thank you as always for the help.

Yes you can grab a time without doing everything else.

I doubt very much that many are cancelling right now.  It woukd not be covered by cancellation insurance, cancel for any reason would only get you a 90% FCC or less depending on the policy.  Waiting a couple days wont change any of thst but depending on what changes Royal makes they could be able to get a full refund.

There is no advantage to cancelling now and nothing but potential upside to waiting it out.

Not true, some cancel for any reason policies require you to do so 48 hours out.
