We enjoyed trying lots of things we'd never had. And we also had a friend with us who thought it was her responsibility to try at least a bite of everyone's starter, entree, dessert. . .you name it. So we ended up ordering multiples of starters and entrees (and, yes, desserts--don't judge) just in self-defense. We'd order individual meals, but we'd ask for an extra this or that "for the table". Worked out well for us.

Any chance you can find out the cost of VOOM onboard? We're trying to decide whether it's better to purchase pre-cruise on sale or wait until we are onboard and use our discount. Thanks! Really enjoying your review!

Following. Have a wonderful cruise!

I believe we went to Grills awhile back to watch the ships go out. There was a band on the deck that makes it an event. . .playing Jimmy Buffett songs and encouraging customers to sing along and wave at the passengers and wish bon voyage. My kids loved it.

We use Park Port Canaveral. It's 10.95 a day, is very close to the pier so it's a short shuttle ride, and every 5th visit is free! Never a problem with them and the return shuttle has always been ready and waiting when we returned to the port.

Sunset, although both are great. Thanks for the entertaining week. Can't wait for the next one!

OMG!!! It's here! It's here! It's here! I feel like I've been waiting a whole week for this!!!!! I've got my popcorn popped and my margarita iced (don't judge me), so I am READY!!!! Bring it on, Rick!

What a great video!!! Glad you all had such a wonderful, memorable time! Can't wait for the next one. Thanks for the joy!

The card is for specialty coffees (like Starbucks). Coffee is available in the MDR after dinner (but isn't very good coffee, if you are a coffee lover) and is included with your meal, as are hot and iced tea.

Thanks to reading these posts just about daily, I used information about calling for reduced pricing changes! Just saved $500 on our BW balcony booking on Oasis for Sept, AND increased our OBC by $100. Thanks for all of the tips!!!

Oh, no!!! Really? We were even going to go “on the cheap “ and get an inside cabin ( which we never do). Having second thoughts
We went on Majesty in January. We had an inside cabin for BF and myself and another one for DS and his two friends. It was a bit snug for the 3 young men, but our cabin was just fine. We considered it "cozy," not crowded. The only problem was the configuration of the bed. It left one person "trapped" if they had to get up to use the restroom at night---had to climb over the partner or wake him up. Otherwise, our trip on Majesty was wonderful.
The Centrum area is great, with lots of different activities every day. . .live band karaoke (which was really very good), line dance classes, long distance corn-hole competitions. . .really an enjoyable experience!

We were on Oasis in September, and it was only a minute or so between refills.

In the spirit of "doing nothing", there's a wonderfully quiet place at the back of the running track, complete with comfortable chairs---perfect place to sit and watch the wake. So relaxing.

I am having trouble too next step is trying my laptop
Sent from my iPhone using Forums
I went with Bob's advice, changed browsers, and it worked!

I'd say it's more likely a glitch in the website. Have you tried a different browser and/or private browsing mode?
I haven't tried that, but I will. Thanks, Bob!

I know there always seems to be an issue with the RC website, but is anybody else having issues right now? I've been trying for several days to do a mock booking to check prices on an upcoming cruise, and I get as far as "choose your stateroom" before the screen goes to a full-screen shot of whatever type of room I choose and then freezes. Won't go any further.
I've cleared everything I can, just in case.
Does this maybe mean these sailings are sold out?
Thanks for any help.

Freestyle machine also available in the arcade. One we didn't find until the next-to-last day onboard, and since we were on deck 14, very handy.

For those who are not in a rush to catch a flight, what is there to do on the last day? Are you required to sit in one of the "holding lounges" and wait to be called? I have no flight to catch, but if there is nothing available to do, I think I will do as I have previously, and line up early.
Enjoy your cruise on Majesty. We were on her last weekend, and although it was a bit chilly and things were rocking and rolling on the last night, we LOVED her. Such a pretty little ship and such a great crew! Activities director Jeffrey and his team did a fantastic job---kept everybody hopping! Enjoy!!!

Same thing happened to us. The first time (and first cruise for us) it was $77 after final payment. I never called, figured I made a mistake, and I paid it. This time it was $301, after final payment. I worried about it for a while, then ignored it. It went away. I had all of my documentation to show that everything was paid for, so I wasn't too concerned about it.

We were in 14701 on the Oasis in September. The week before the cruise, I realized that our room was directly beneath the basketball court (don't know why it didn't register before). It was amazing how quiet our room was. . .day or night. Never heard a thing.

Pictures, right? You will want pictures of those other adventures.
Be still my heart.

Looking forward to reading about all of your adventures. . .well, maybe not ALL of them. ;p Have a great cruise!

Sorry Molly361, I meant the previous post for kathimac123!
Just saw this. I had completely overlooked post 37. Looks like it doesn't affect our sailing. Thanks for pointing this out!
What year and what ship was your first cruise?
