Hi Everyone, My family of four (including twin 11 year olds) are flying into Newark for our Oct. 1 cruise from Cape Liberty. We will not have a car. Having cruised many times, I realize that one of us I ALWAYS forgets something, so we have to pick it up at a grocery store or pharmacy. It just happens. I have seen recommendations on this forum for hotels near an outlet mall, shops or restaurants. Can someone recommend a clean, comfortable hotel within walking distance to a grocery or pharmacy? Many thanks in advance.

Thank you so much! We are on wonder of the seas. I guess that's terminal 1? So, is we get to the area around 930 we should be fine? We are only anxious to board because all shows at all times were sold out when we checked the app 30 days before our sailing. I just hope we can get at least something reserved once we board. I would hate to miss every show!

How long does it take to get parked and into the check in line? I have a 1030 check in time and am staying in a hotel 45 minutes away. Are there long lines to get through to park? If I park at the terminal, how much time do I allow to get there, park, etc? Thank you!

Just an FYI-we are exactly 30 days out from our sailing on wonder of the seas. Received an email today to reserve shows, but every show on every day and time are sold out!

We sat in the suite section, which wasn't front row but in the venues on odyssey front row isn't ideal. More like front rows on upper levels.

On our Odyssey of the seas cruise in April, it was definitely worth it. We bought it for just slightly more than internet. Great seats at the shows, and a calm lunch after boarding. The big advantage for us was the included key-only Northstar, iFly, bumper cars, etc at key-only times on a very crowded ship. With kids on Quantum class, I think it's worth it.
