After emailing everywhere, I finally got an answer from Royal Caribbean Italy. i will be able to obtain the VISA onboard. :):)

Till now no answer from Celebrity, I am really upset:(

thanks for all your answers, I am still confused and I think that at the end I will get the Visa here in Italy, just to be sure, but I will get upset as soon as i discover i could have get it while on the cruise. :)

Hi, I have a big problem with a VISA for Vietnam. I will cruise on Millennium next january and 2 of the ports of call are in Vietnam. First of all I am italian, living in italy and I have been cruising with celebrity for years. You have to know that the Celebrity help phone number in Italy it's something crazy, if you phone you never get the same answer twice and it happens not only to me, but also to my travel agent. First time I was told I had to arrange by myself for the Visa, which means sending my passport away to a Vietnam Ambassy. Second time with another operator I was told that Celebrity provides a collective Visa while onboard. Has anyone any idea about what I must do? Do you have any email address I can write to, or phone number? I tried to write through the website, but I got no answer.

I used Ramses Tour last september during a mediterranean cruise with Costa. It was the second time, the first time was two years ago, a tour of Cairo, Pyramids, and the Egyptian Museum (arranged only for the two of us). It was amazing and the wonderful thing was I should personalize it and spend a lot of time in the Museum. Last september we were in Alexandria and arranged with Ramses a day tour of the city, and we had a guide speking italian too. I will surely use Ramses next time I will come back to Egypt.:)

I was in Alexandria last 21th september with Costa Mediterranean and I booked a full day Tour of the city with Ramses Tour. It was really amazing, we were 2 people, me and my husband and it was not our first time in Egypt.

The tour was really well organized and the guide Youseph very kind and prepared. I am italian so we had a guide speaking a perfect italian. I can surely suggest everyone to book with Ramses Tour :)
