I have the refreshment package but I would like to move the package to my partner instead of myself. I called but the rcl office is closed. Does anyone know if the package can be changed from my self to my partner over the phone or at guest services? I don’t want to cancel and rebook since I got a better deal on Black Friday. thanks

I have my shows booked but I would like to change the time of one of the shows. When I get on the cruise will their be a person to help me at the comedy attic on deck 4 or will there be more show availability on the app on embarkation day?

Is RCL doing temperature checks before embarkation at any port but mainly Galveston or Miami. I have a child that usually has higher temperatures especially in warmer weathers.

Where can I find more information about the kids club for 12 years old, does it have the video game setup the same as the younger group on Harmony of the Seas? Is there a drop off location close to the RCL terminal but not directly in the terminal where a car service can drop me off/ pick me up where I can walk to relatively easily? Or is it like an airport terminal where there are no walking paths? I am staying at a Hotel in Galveston near Moody Gardens, but my hotel does not have shuttle service to the port, is Uber and Lyft my best options the day of embarkation? Is the google maps image correct and I can walk to the RCL terminal? Thanks

With the new change of once a day cleaning, how does it work when a sofa bed is in use. Does the room steward come in and covert the bed morning and evening? How has it worked for you? and did you have morning or evening service. Thanks

Last time when I was on the Oasis of the Seas I found out about the Lime and coconut drink being offered in specialty "pail" on the second last day of the cuise. Looking at menus posted online for Harmony of the Seas, is each night a countries theme like Italian night and Mexican night but I did see a Royal Night. But for the Royal Night I didn't see lobster being offered like it was on Oasis of the Seas. Anyone been recently on Harmony of the Seas out of Texas that have had lobster on Royal Night, but not as a paid extra for the meal. Also on Royal Night are fancier desserts available at the Windjammer? I think this is when there were fancier desserts that were decorated differently available when I was on Oasis of the Seas. IS staying at the Moody Garden place 2 nights before cruise how easy is it to access the trolley and would you recommend the Moody Garden area when returning late in the evening by trolley? IS the Moody Garden area far from restaurants? Will be 2 adults and 2 kids. Any other place you can recommend we stay. Thanks

If staying close to the cruise terminal in Galveston is it possible to walk to the RCL terminal in Galveston? How easy will it be to get Uber or Lyft on the day of cruising if I can't walk? Thanks
