There are also people alive because they continue to wear their masks. I was always taught that there are two sides to every story. You have to examine both sides (whether you convince the public or not) before making blind study assumptions.
Do you really believe that a piece of cloth is going to save you from Covid LOL

We have rescheduled our cruise again, this time from this September to next. We still can't even cross the border into the U.S. and live just five minutes away. I expect DH and I will be in line to be vaccinated probably around April or May. I really don't have a problem having a vaccine mandate. It certainly could make the whole cruising experience more enjoyable knowing everyone around you has also been vaccinated. To me cruising is a privilege, not a right and as such I don't feel that I have the right to cruise if I am not prepared to do everything possible to keep everyone on board safe. Just my thoughts on the matter, I know many will disagree. Here is hoping we can all cruise again soon. Stay safe everyone.
You do know that getting the vaccine doesn't prevent you or others from getting Covid, it supposedly only stops you from have a severe case

Assuming. Masks are not required on your balcony, a cruise through the Norwegian Fjords might work-or may e the Panama Canal. If masks are required on individual balconies, I will cancel. Anyone know?
Not everyone will have a balcony many more have inside cabins

The vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting covid, only suppose to not give it to you as sever. So if you think you are immune from it you are sadly mistaken

Currently booked under the Early Saver Rate, just recieved a Casino offer - can I submit a price adjustment for the difference?
Next question - if I can and I move to the Casino Offer, if there is another sale down the road can I submit again? I believe once on early saver always early saver???
I booked my British Isles cruise with early saver then found a casino offer and I was given the lower price

In my special offers, casino offer....Not sure I want to cruise so soon, would Covid-19 still be an issue is the question. But this is so tempting....The cruise fare is $613 total for this cruise in August, 5 nights on the Sunshine.
- Exclusive Casino offer - Plan Now Play Later
- $200 per room to spend on board
- Free Drinks on Us! while playing in the casino. Terms apply.
- 3rd & 4th guests sail for $10 per person for sailings departing between 5/22/20- 9/30/20
- Reserve your cruise with a non-refundable deposit of $99 per person
- Offer ends April 3, 2020
I got a great offer $200 total for two, 9 nights journey cruise and $400 OBC out of NYC up until sometime this Sept. Was so tempted to do this but have a British Isles cruise book for Aug 2021 and don't want to spend anymore money then I have too

Some people will probably read this and say water doesn't haven't a taste - I get it - but...... after a few cruises out of NOLA the water, ice & tea tasted so nasty. I didn't care how much that bottled water cost after the free one was gone lol. I was buying it. Gotta have my water!
On the Horizon out of Miami the water & ice tasted great. Husband said it was either the area or maybe a new filtration system on the newer ships. Does anyone know if that's the case & how the water/ice was on panorama recently? We're booked next April & I'm curious.
We were on the Magic a couple of weeks ago and the water was terrible I wouldn't drink it and a lot of other people complained about the taste also. I don't remember it ever being that bad before

OP, did you call? Would like to know the outcome.
Does anyone know if you can book Early Saver then price match to a casino rate? I had planned a family cruise years ago, and did that. Had hundreds in OBC as two of the cabins qualified for the casino rate.
If OP is before final payment, could they switch to ES then price match to the new rate?
I booked an early saver a couple months ago for a British Isles cruise then was checking prices and found a good casino offer and I had no problem getting the price reduction and cash in the casino

I'm worried because I have a very bad dry cough but it is due to a side affect from my blood pressure medication

Your carrier has to support Wifi Calling and your cell phone has to be Wifi Calling capable (most smartphones are these days). You'll have to go into your phone's settings to turn on Wifi Calling. Not sure about Android, but for iPhones, go into Settings - Phone - Wi-Fi Calling. When you turn it on for the first time, you'll have to enter an emergency address. This is because emergency services can't always see your location like they can with landlines. If you can't give them your location, they will go to this emergency address (typically your home address). As long as your cell carrier supports Wifi Calling, there are no extra charges.
Thank you I have an iphone 8 Plus so I should be ok and I am with Verizon

I bought the value plan, but need to check on my mother who is in a nursing home and age 94 and not it the best of health. I didn't know you could make calls from that plan. Are they extra charges for this or basically like calling from home to make a call

Things will happen whether you are aware of them or not. I think the point is to take advantage of the opportunity for enjoyment of the moment that you purchased with your hard earned dollars. You ruin things you do have control over by worrying about things you don't.
However, if you want to spend precious cruise moments fidgeting over your phone, be my guest. Just be sure to wash your hands.
I don't spend all my time on my phone but I do want to have access if something should happen to my mother or my family, unlike you. My cruise, my dollars and my responsibility, you do your cruise and I'll do mine and please don't worry about my hands I'd be more worried where your's had been.

PUT THE PHONES AWAY! You are on a cruise. Live the life. Catch up with them at dinner.
Some of us have responsibilities to keep in touch with elderly family members. My mother is 93 and in a nursing home and not in the greatest health. I need to know how she is doing and can't just ignore and put the phone down

I had a connecting room on my last cruise and never heard a sound from the other cabin

Wow, this seems so complicated, I may end up in Spain somewhere. Wish me luck

I have never been to the British Isles and was wondering if it is difficult getting from the airport in London to Dover where the ship sails. What is the distance and can you get transfers from one place to the other or will I need to take an uber or some other form of transportation

Well in today's society just about everything offends someone. We should all have to wear the same uniform problem solved

in Holland America Line

My husband and I will be sailing on the Eurodam in December and I was wondering if they had hair dryers in the bathroom and also we both us C-pap machines. I know that on Carnival the plugs are clean across the room so we had to bring a power strip with no surge protector and extension cords can I do this on Holland, or is there plugs by the beds. Thanks for any help
