I’ve found her very responsive. I emailed her about a problem excursion on our last cruise. I’d emailed customer relations several times and got nowhere. Erin responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue within a week.

I just got a response from Erin and she said that they will apply the 4 free nights to the cruise I requested! She said she would send a confirmation when it is done. And I imagine that I will get a new invoice from my TA. I am very happy!!

They don’t seem to be well advertised. On the last cruise, they were done at the time the ship departed. Just a small line item on the ship newsletter that would be found in your cabin. No one came.

Oh, too bad! I think the roll calls have to be proactive about letting people know about when they are likely to occur

Sadly once you’re paid in full you cannot transfer to a TA. You would need to cancel and rebook at the current rate and pay a cancellation fee

BUT, the cancellation fee is modest if the poster lives in the US, compared to the $900 savings from the TA

  4. I booked a Princess cruise for a hot minute, before I cancelled it and booked an Azamara one with a better itinerary. But before I did, I was treated to their app experience, which was such a pleasure. How hard could it be?

And btw, my (fully refundable) deposit was credited back to my credit card in about 48 hours.

  5. It’s also very easy to use the self service laundry. We just set a timer on our phones and go about our business and come back, throw stuff in the dryer, set timer and before you know it, it’s done

We go to Taormina in September. What is the Hoho? We are looking forward to seeing Taormina for the first time.

HOHO stands for hop on hop off bus. Tours that are available in a lot of cities - inexpensive and an easy way to see the major attractions.

We have been using them for years. Never put in the dryer. Just came back from hiking in GSMNP. One day we did almost 10 miles, 165 flights steps & almost 22000 steps. Darn tough socks used every day when hiking- love them.

Well, you can feel safe to dry them. They will cheerfully replace them should they wear out

Will you pay for My clothes? Pants are over $100, darn tough socks $25

Not to worry about the Darn Tough socks! They are a good old Vermont company and are guaranteed for life. And are true to their word. My husband just cashed in recently on three pairs!

Incremental cost cannot be high when ordered in high volumes so hope that the new CEO will satisfy the perennial passenger demand for fevertree varieties to be available.

Or at least have Schweppes as the default
