Thank you for the post drydock review. Are we to assume all the cabin showers had the curtains replaced with glass doors and not just those in Aquaclass?

I don’t think all cabins have the glass doors as we were in Aqua in March, which did have the doors, and the insides opposite ours on deck 11 didn’t have them.

My understanding is Aqua has glass doors but others still have curtains - I may be wrong.

    Neat.

We sailed the Infinity years ago for a South America - Buenos Aires to Valparaiso cruise, and then again last October for a Barcelona to Lisbon cruise.  We like the M-class ships 🙂 and nice to see some love coming to them still.

If you skip the "short" url and go with the full url, I think you get the video displayed rather than just the link.

    thanks - that's worth knowing.

True. When I've flown to FL for a cruise because I go early I end up not really doing much unlike when I go to Europe when there are things to see and do.

I also have to go through Toronto which is a pain in the butt. I've started going from Detroit when I can.

I have an Apex cruise in July, I'm leaving a few days early from Windsor at 10am (so need to be at the airport earlier) - my flight out of Pearson is 8pm. So get to spend the day working from the airport as I don't want to take a vacation day to sit at Pearson. Once in London I can see friends, hit markets I used to go to, go shopping etc.

Coming back I have a 5 hour connection because Air Canada were trying to give me a 1.15 min connection which is not possible between AC always being late and customs

interesting - coming from the UK I feel that about transatlantic - love doing them but FL as a destination gets tired real quick - end up looking at breaking the flight up on the way back instead.  Strange to sail all that way to then fly back for a break so close to home but one can get good deals doing so.

I have heard that Disney is the only line that discourages it.  They don't forbid it, just discourage it.  I don't see the harm in spreading joy.  If other's don't like it, they don't need to participate.  Just my opinion.

Marella also doesn't like it but have only said that in response to being asked - carnival have also made a statement.  My view is it is fun as long as it doesn't go over the top (e.g. when one person bring loads and loads), when they are eco friendly and when care is taken hiding them.

We will be Ducking on our March Mexican Riveria Cruise.  I've never done it before.  It will be fun.

Be aware that I have recently heard that some cruise lines are saying 'no' to people doing it now.
