THANK YOU ALL for your useful insights on this topic, specially Heidi13 for your very knowledgeable input. I come away thinking that booking on the Star will be a positive experience. Yes, a stateroom could possibly have some minor issues but if the issues are promptly resolved, there really is no problem. Cheers !

Hi THR, I agree with previous posts, doesn't really matter. We were in 5054, on the port side and had lovely views of the Norwegian coast on a sea day. Otherwise, don't remember having the feeling that we had missed something. Regarding London, you want to be outside on the main deck when the ship leaves port. The passage through the locks is pretty amazing. Have a great trip !

Hi all, We sailed on the Star in 2017 and loved it. We are now considering another cruise in 2023 also on the Star. Can anyone tell me if the Star is now showing a lot of wear and tear ? Thanks.
