We used Luggage Forward on a land trip and shipped suitcases to our hotel in Scotland. It worked perfectly. We then used them to ship to our cruise in Seattle and that was great too. However like you upon disembarking the agent was nowhere to be found. I will say they promptly refunded that portion of the cost but it was certainly a hassle when we had planned for them to pick it up.

We used the proctored test via Inspire. It was so easy. We’re aboard the Regatta for the June 27th sailing also.

Transfer initial deposit to a different cruise?

The only thing I would caution you on is to look at the provisions of any trip insurance you have or intend to get. Some policies don’t recognize a “transfer” as the initial deposit so just read the fine print. I was surprised when I saw this on a policy. -
