one day lounging by the pool a waiter served me several drinks over a few hours, each drink was only $5. i mentioned it, he said it's all for you miss lori! i tipped rather well i thought. the next day i sat in same area, happy to see him coming, i ordered again, got charged full price that day. which was fine, thats what i expected in the first place. but he either didn't seem to remember me, or i didn't tip as well as i thought i did. he was still very nice

we are trying wj for the first time on our next cruise at least once. we noticed trivia that we are interested in, starts at 5 and we have early dining at 5:15. so we may have to skip the mdr. it may be opening our minds up to going more often.

thanks for taking us with you! that was a fast week! safe travels home.

Often limp, so I suppose that could seem greasy

We've never gotten pins, and now platinum.

Do they still have the pumpkin seed rolls?

Our 1st cruise my husband rented a tux and I wore a gown. Felt quite comfortable. We fit right in. That was over 15 yrs ago. In the years since it has really changed and gone not formal. Now my husband and boys wear shirt and tie and quite often are overdressed compared to others. Wear what makes you feel your best!

I had this an idea, but there are so many travel bloggers/vloggers already exploring these places.
I don't want to make videos that have already been done before.
I think the reason why my vlogs are quite good, is because I'm the first crew member to actually vlog my life onboard the ship.
Yes I can understand this. I guess what I meant was where is a good grocery store, or what do you buy that you can't receive on the ship. Where are good places for treats that are specific to that port. Whatever you come up with, I love watching. Its fascinating to see how you live.

How long did you leave him off if you don't mind me asking? I think my idea was 2-4 hours max. Again, even if he wasn't potty trained he'd be OK minus a little wet now and then. Again, this may not be an issue in 6 months.
Long enough for us to have dinner, a couple of hours

This was many years ago, so of course things change. They told us our 3 yr old had 3 chances, if after the 3rd accident he wouldn't be allowed back. He was potty trained, but didn't wipe well. We had him go before dropping him off and he did well mostly. One night he didn't wipe well, they asked his older brother to help clean him up and my son said 'no way!' They called us and were very kind. They gave him some clean shorts while they waited for us to come down. Just try to work with him if he's ready. Good luck!

ANNOUNCEMENT!
I just wanted say thank you to everyone who has been watching my vlogs! I just hit 200 subscribers, and the channel is growing everyday! I had no idea there was going to be such a strong interest into the life of a crew member, and engaging with you guys has inspired me to make more content!
One day, I hope to make vlogs for Royal Caribbean full time!
I have a whole bunch of new videos to post, but as you can imagine, finding the time to edit and finding strong wi-if to post is quite difficult for me. I've just finished editing my Christmas vlog from Independence last year, so make sure to subscribe and look out for that!
Also, let me know if there's something you want to see me show/talk about. I need more video ideas.
This community is fantastic, and meeting you guys when you come onboard actually makes my day better! You're all so nice.
Thank you once again, and stay tuned for more content coming soon!
You could make videos of your favorite places to go to each port.

i cant imagine too many have their passports or birth certificates after all of that, hopefully they grabbed them

i love cruising because i get to try things 'for free'
windjammer, rice pudding, tried for the 1st time, love it
mdr, beef tenderloin, yum
mdr, every cruise i try lobster, my senses do not like the cracking noise they make to get it out of the shell, so i just am in shock when i try and just don't have an appetite after, i am vexed by it, i always want to try it, though my past says not to- i am a complicated little thing!
mdr, i always say, 'this is the cruise i am going to try escargot!' (never even tried to order it- just can't) but my next cruise i will! (no, probably lying)
mdr, oxtail broth, though i haven't seen it in years
mdr, bread basket, i am a simple girl, the poppy seed rolls and the pumpkin seed rolls were wonderful
windjammer, midnight chocolate buffet, though they do not do this anymore. my kids still let me know how upset they are with me i did not wake them to come to this. (didn't think there would be ppl that blabbed about it)

Thank you! Fema is still picking up hurricane debris and it has been almost 11 months. So many people lost everything and moved away, so county had to close 3 schools. We had no power or water (city water) for over 2 weeks. We bought a generator and survived with bottle water for everything. The worst was taking a shower and shampooing your hair with a water bottle. A few merchants have repaired or rebuilt but the county is only about 30% rebuilt.
Thank you for sharing your story and congratulations on your anniversary! It's sad how soon those of us forget and move on after disasters. I was just wondering about donating, but wonder where the money goes. Best wishes to you,!

That part of online check-in was removed a while back.
thank you, our flight is 10:40, and we don't really want to self assist... do they ask about flights when you arrive, or should we self assist to ensure getting off early? its been a few years since we sailed, i dont remember
-
i thought during check in they asked about return flight info so they could assign times to debark. i didn't see that checking in. do you do that another time?

will you let us know if you see the drink card offered later this week please? thank you for the wonderful pics!

Will book the excursion transportation from Royal. The excursion says 12:30 the bus leaves and cruise departs at 9pm
A friend just mentioned Fast Pass. Does anyone know how a fast pass works and if you can get this for one day only? She said it is only available for 3 rides. 2 top ones and another is this correct?
Thanks
once you buy your tickets, you can reserve your fast pass (30 days in advance) through my disney experience. have a great time!

i'm curious, if you buy a drink, (not with pkg) if you didn't like it, if the bartender would be nice enough to replace it?
-
does real ID count? or is it just enhanced to cross by land?
-
congratulations! how exciting! have you thought, you might be the one being proposed to?
-
do you recall if drink cards were offered?
