I would love to know the same! We're traveling in a group of three. One of us is advanced open water diver, another one of us wants to try a discovery dive (they are not certified but some companies will take you out on a discovery dive), the last one of us maximum is not a strong swimmer and the max they will do a snorkel. Is there any trip that can cover all three of us?
